Mister Plumber

After researching a reliable and trustworthy local plumber, I came across Mister Plumber, who had a lot of great reviews and a great rating. We had a minor project to be done, check for a leak we thought we were hearing, and, install a new dishwasher. I called and spoke with Vlad, who gave me a few ideas over the phone to check for the source of the leak, and what he thought it may be. He was very polite, professional and offered lots of free advice when he arrived, and as we know, there isn't much free nowadays. The new dishwasher was installed quick and looks/works perfect. He also checked around for what we thought could be a leak, and sure enough, it was exactly what he thought over the phone, Hot water expanding the pipes making a similar sound to dripping. His experience led him to believe this just over the phone. The cost was exactly what he quoted, even though he spent time checking for the leak, installed a new valve stem where the old one was siezed, and, made sure that everything was cleaned up and as it was when he arrived. I'd highly recommend Vlad and Mister Plumber to anyone who is looking for great, honest, price competitive work. We had a sewage back up. Igor came the day I called and assessed the situation. He showed me the condition of the pipes on the camera, and explained exactly what the problem was. The next day, his crew came and did the work--excavating, replacing pipes and repair--in one day. The crew was wonderful. They worked hard all day, explained what they were doing and cleaned up after. I highly recommend this company.

He came in and professionally fixed all 3 toilets with all new parts. Very happy with the service. There were no more leaks to be found in any part of the house. Very caring individual!

My existing water line was quite rusted and the city's water meter installer was afraid that installing the meter might result in a broken pipe and flooded basement. I was required to replace the pipe and, after calling a few companies, proceeded with Mister Plumber (price-wise the middle of three obtained estimates). I chose them because their representative Vlad was very straight-forward and realistic about the work that would be involved in doing the job right. They were available very quickly and worked almost without pause until the job was done. The workers were friendly and ready to explain every step of the job and the final product is exactly as I wanted it. Overall, I'd recommend them for this sort of job any time!

My house had an old lead water pipe coming from City. I called Mister Plumber to replace my old pipe with copper. Work was done professionally. Now, guys from City installed new water meter.

I called MisterPlumber to remove my mixer above my hot water tank. I've been having intermittent loss of hot water and the last time Direct Energy came out the tech recommended that I just have a plumber remove the mixer as there was likely build up in the mixer blocking the hot water.

I called MisterPlumber yesterday & Vlad was extremely helpful and patient listening to my problem.He recommended and explained to me that I should replace the mixer & not remove it if I have children in the house for safety reasons. He also gave me a quote over the phone. Vlad came out that same afternoon & it only took him about an hour to complete the job. He showed & explained to me the work he did. I recently replaced the kitchen sink,the faucet&2 shut off valves in the basement to the outside of the house.The work was completed in an excellent workmanlike fashion.When I commented on the fine work the plumber smiled & replied,"It's my job".

Vlad of Mister Plumber was not the first plumber I called, but he was the only person able to make it out to my place within an hour of our conversation. My urgency was that I had to shut off the main water valve to prevent the broken faucet from hot water pouring out, in a four story townhouse that can be quite inconvenient when needing to flush toilets or using the kitchen sink. Vlad arrived within the hour, presented his business card, removed his shoes without being asked and completed the work thoroughly and quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend Vlad.
