Mister Plumber

Had Igor from Mister Plumber come to our home to unblock our kitchen sink...we've always had problems with this sink over the years...Igor not only unblocked the sink but he fixed the pipes that were poorly installed in the first place which caused the problem! The first plumber out of 5 we've had come over the last 8 years to deal with this problem who actually fixed the root cause! Very clean and meticulous work...extremely professional...I was so impressed I had Igor fix all of our toilets (big house with 5 bathrooms) while he was here! I highly recommend Mister Plumber for professional work at a very fair price!

Mister Plumber did a fantastic job - quick, extremely courteous, efficient and very reasonable in terms of price. I called several plumbers because as a working student on a tight budget, cost was a big factor (especially since the expense was unplanned). One person quoted me $300, and no one else agreed to give me a quote over the phone, even though the job was relatively straightforward and simple. Mister Plumber quoted me $180, which was exactly how much I paid, and was also able to tell me in advance how much time the job would take. The quality of work was excellent. I would definitely recommend these guys.

The back tank of my toilet had began to overflow and I called mr. plumber. It turned out to be a small problem with one of the parts inside the tank and he fixed it promptly with a wrench at a very low cost. His name was Gerald and he was very friendly.

Vlad and Igor were great. They gave great advice and didn't charge a penny more than what they estimated. Very professional, and Igor has a great sense of humor. We ran a new hot and cold connection, and the drain for a new washing machine setup. Thanks guys.

Vlad came to help with a kitchen drain problem on Saturday on a very short notice. He quickly identified the location of the clogged area in the laundry room and replaced a significant piece of the kitchen drain pipe, installing new joints and a new clean-out. He also gave recommendations on monthly cleaning of the kitchen drain pipe and replaced a cartridge in a leaking tap.

His service was very professional and swift. He provided a lot of explanation and recommendations regarding the problem and further system maintenance. I would recommend Vlad and his team to anyone in connection with a plumbing problem of any complexity.

Having found Mister Plumber here on Homestars, I called them to about the various plumbing jobs that were needed around the house.

The next morning, Igor came out to take care of the tasks. A toilet removal and installation, kitchen faucet replacement as well as a rehaul of the piping under the sink, laundry faucet replacement, and having the main pipe snaked after years of buildup later, and I am happy to report that Igor and Mister Plumber are spectacular.

The quality of work and the price for that work was unbeatable. I will wholeheartedly recommend Mister Plumber to everyone. Thank you for the great job Igor!

Vlad came out to evaluate a bathroom leak that was evident through water damage on the kitchen ceiling below. He quickly identified one section of galvanized steel piping behind the bathroom faucets as the source of the leak. He said the rest was already upgraded and didn't need to be touched. I accepted the reasonable quote with relief. A different plumbing company told me he would have to rip out 2-3 walls of the bathroom and to replace the plumbing and said it would take him 2 days for the work! He recommended a bathroom renovation. I then sought out contractors to do the work - none of the 6 different companies enlightened me as to the fact that most of the bathroom plumbing was updated and 2-3 walls would NOT have to be pulled down. They all recommended bathroom renovations estimated from $13,000 to $21,000! I was obviously glad to find an honest plumber like Vlad.

Vlad sent out one of the other 3 Mister Plumber plumbers to do the replacement (they provided a good faucet that saved me time ) and the job was completed in under an hour.

Unfortunately a leak was generated almost immediately from the faucet (the replaced piping was fine). It took me 30 days before I called Vlad back to report the problem. Vlad came to the house the same day and identified the problem as a faulty cartridge. He replaced it without any additional charge.

It is now over a month since the last visit and I am satisfied with the work. I will use them again and have referred them to others already.

We have had a problem with a toilet and a shower for about a year and we blamed them on "the kids." We called misterplumber because we are expecting guests and we want the toilet to flush and water to go down the drain after the shower. We tried various tools and liquids and nothing fixed the problems. We were sure that we would have to purchase a new toilet. Today Igor came from MisterPlumber. He fixed it quickly. He was extremely nice. He taught me to listen for the "symphonic moment" that indicates our toilet is working properly. So I offered to write in to recommend misterplumber and Igor in particular. The faucet in my washroom was leaking for a long time and I couldn't fix it on my own.I called MR. PLUMBER and he came next day. He told me what the problem was and suggested to replace the faucet. He brought new modern style faucet day after and replaced it in half an hour! The guy is awesome. From now on I will call only him.

Igor came to my house in a timely manner and did an efficient and professional job in installing my bathroom wares.
He came on time and made sure that everything worked to my satisfaction. he left the bathroom neet and clean.
