My water heater reached its end of life, leaking from bottom everywhere on a Sunday eve... I called and was right away connected with live Steve who was so great, reappraising and we planned immediately for the switch for a new one on the Tuesday (could likely have been even Monday if I had been home) Steve was always super friendly, following on everything before and after the installation. TECH persons were on time and really wanted to help fix all of this, despite all the hurdles of having a big water tank go through narrow staircase to the basement. Minimal scratches but I can only imagine what unhelpful tech from other companies would have said (such as letting me down...) or done (such as damage everything). Price were market price and for such a quick service, that is great! No hesitation, good company! High standard owner.

Whereas another company messed it up with my central vac and made it worse than it was, leaving me to sort that out on my own... Bill and Georges were my savers. They fixed it super rapidly, efficiently and courteously. This company REALLY knows about their job and central vac maintenance and repair! I wish I only went to them, directly! And they are so nice, follow on the appointment and on their job execution and final results. Count on them. very good job and persons!

Had an power issue (control panel) in the middle of the night, and was able to talk to the chief electrician (Mohammed), who guided me to fix one thing so I could go back to sleep until he could come in the early morning to fix everything definitely. Very professional, knowledgeable, thorough, he provided great and calm explanation of everything and fixed everything. I would have no problem calling him back if any problem. The cost... well... is what it is... very likely in the regular, normal and "approved" prices. All prices are clearly showed before, so you know whether or not you go for it.

New home owner in a jungle area for racoons, I wanted to be proactive and sure there was no damage done to the house already and prevent for any to occur. It was easy to set up a convenient appointment. Jonni and Eden came on time, were very nice, well-mannered, polite and fast to get into work, inspect everything, advise, reassure and offer some prevention options, without pushing at all for me to accept (I did, and they put mesh on different spots on the roofs). If any problem in the future, I'll for sure call them again!
