We bought our furnace to this company 7 years ago and in our invoice it states 10 year labor and parts warranty. The first two years broke down no heat coming in called them and paid $130. Every year is the same. Last two weeks I m calling them bec. no heat coming out of our furnace. left several messages at least 20 messages to office and cell number no response and did not return my call. Dont buy your furnace to this company they are defective and no warranty.

Johnny came right on time as scheduled. He repaired all the vents from our roof from preventing damages on the other vent and he also assured us that the racoon will never come back. It is guaranteed for a year.
