Kevin was extremely professional and efficient. We had a racoon that made our old chimney their home, it was not ready to vacate it's new home. Kevin / Swat Wildlife, put a cleaver device to allow the racoon to leave but now re-enter, after which they cap the chimney for a permanent solution. Humane and safe! Thank You Karim
