Swat Wildlife and Insulation

I had a bird's nest behind some fascia and under a soffit. The office staff and service rep were really great. When calling in initially, they took the time to ask me a couple of questions about what the job was and they explained what would be the likely remedy and what the costs are likely to be. I really wish I remembered her name because she was great. I got several quotes for this type of job and they were all within the same range, including SWAT. I went with them because my family had used SWAT in the past for a racoon issue and they were very helpful.

lThere was a small miscommunication with regards to the time of the actual service call, so I called in on the day of and they were super friendly and accommodating and the situation was resolved within 30 minutes which was incredible.

When on-site, I got a rep named Rob and he was super friendly and incredibly fast. He was knowledgeable, didn't mind chatting with me to get some more details and give me some advice as well as tell me exactly what he was doing ~30 ft. up in the air. He finished in less than 45 minutes including the time spent explaining to me what he was seeing and doing about it, and warranty.

I wouldn't hesitate to call them again and would recommend them to anyone I knew.

The racoon came back into a small space between my house and the neighbours garage to get back into his den that had been closed with wire mesh installed couple of years ago by SWAT Wildlife.

Rob came and secured the wire mesh and recommend to use deterrents before trying to relocate the animal.

I basically had a lot of wildlife - mainly squirrels and raccoons coming and going from my old garage. Not only was I educated on the wildlife and how they use peoples property, but they also did a fantastic job of the immediate work that needed doing to stop the issue. Also sadly having to remove a dead raccoon. I see the squirrels now trying to get in, but they sealed the garage up sufficiently, so I believe my problems are solved. Time will tell.

Rob was personable, efficient and effective in helping us get rid of a squirrel nest in our flat roof. Good stuff!

We were hearing noises in the roof above our second floor bedroom for several months. We'd previously had someone else come by and look at the roof as we suspected racoons were living in our small attic space. However, we were told everything was fine and that there was nothing to worry about.

After the noises continues and became more prominent we got in touch with Swat. Great decision ! Randy came by and did an unbelievably thorough inspection of our roof and walls. He was able to confirm the presence of racoons living right above where our bed is located. He even showed me where they were nesting using his thermal camera. Randy was also able to diagnose that there point of entry was the neighbours roof. In the end our neighbours went a different way for fixing the problem but without Randy my wife and I would still be tossing and turning at night. Highly recommended !

Swat wildlife was amazing and did a great job. The tech Rob was knowledgeable and the price for the job was way cheaper than any other company I called. If I have a problem with wildlife again I will for sure call swat again.

Have a red squirrel in the walls/ceiling. Called Swat Wildlife and they had someone here the next day. Randy was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the process. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service. I called SWAT at 10 am and Tony was here at noon. Tony was very professional and provided excellent customer service. Work completed efficiently, which included chimney capping and disinfecting. I would recommend SWAT to other households. Thanks, SWAT!
