Swat Wildlife and Insulation

Mother skunk and five babies were sheltering under our back deck. Using a one-way temporary door, all were evacuated humanely. Later the door was removed and all possible entry sites were sealed to prevent future invasions. All this was carried out efficiently and neatly. Well done!

Later we discovered evidence of mice activity in the basement. Randy, the expert mouse man, came, investigated inside and out, assessed the problem, applied a variety of remedies, and left us well-satisfied that the issue had been resolved. Thank you Randy

The customer service rep provided an estimate based on my description and it was honest and accurate. Rob was the technician who came and assessed the problem with raccoon feces. He provided explanations as to what he was going to do before he did it and what to look out for in the future. Rob worked quickly, efficiently, very clean, and tidy (no mess left behind), and answered all my questions--total pro! Would happily recommend and call this company again should the need arise.

Randy came out to remove a starling birds nest between my soffit and pot lights. He was very professional and careful not to damage the soffit and light fixture. He did a wonderful job removing the nest, repairing the light fixture and cleaning up afterwards.

We had a sudden odor coming from our attic space and requested a quote from the website after business hours. We got a call back in 5 minutes and an appointment booked for less than 48 hours from the call. The technician came right in the middle of the window, listened to me and managed to solve the problem in about 10 minutes. He was polite, friendly and knew what he was doing. Great service and if we ever have a need for wildlife removal or cleanup again, they are first on the list!

We had an issue with at least 1 raccoon living under our deck and called SWAT Wild Life. They were quick to respond and send someone out and provided us with all our options with all the information we could need. Rob was the associate working with us and he went above and beyond from beginning to end! He was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job.
