Swat Wildlife and Insulation

Excellent service, responsive team and efficiently executed. 7 racoons were removed from our small property over the course of a week and nesting prevention measures were installed. Very impressed

Had raccoons living under my shed. Rob arrived quickly and installed a one way door so they couldn't get back in. Raccoons have not been back. Will be hiring Swat to install better wiring around the shed so animals can't get back in from a different spot.

I reached out to a couple companies via email late Wednesday evening after hearing noises in our attic that we believed to be a raccoon. Swat Wildlife reached out the following morning by phone call and scheduled an 8-12 window for the coming Sunday. Randy arrived Sunday morning promptly at 8am. Inspection involved climbing on the roof to inspect for exterior access to the attic as well as inspection in the attic. Randy appeared thorough and very knowledgeable. I was most impressed with his thoughtfulness as he requested consent for each action of the process and made a discernible effort at cleanliness out of respect for us and our property. In his inspection Randy shared his observations about our property which indicated his attentiveness to details as each observation matched our own views and experience with the property.
Randy determined we did not have a raccoon but mice. (We've been in the property for over 5 years and were aware of previous mice during recent insulation work) Randy documented the entire process and provided clear photos. While we still had unwarranted concerns about raccoons, Randy guided us through his assessment and addressed all of our questions and concerns. He shared additional quotes for services at our request but reminded us they were not necessary based on his inspection.
We moved forward with the treatment for mice and are currently monitoring the progress.

We suspected that raccoons were living in our roof after hearing footsteps and our neighbor got a picture of some of them on our roof. SWAT sent a technician a few days after our call and took a look, figured out they lived in our backyard underneath our shed and figured out how to prevent them from getting into the house. He put up screens on our vents (one of them was a bit damaged from a racoon trying to get in). The technician Randy was professional, helpful and quick with his job.

I am very happy with the service provided. I was impressed by the professionalism and the expertise of the of the technician who came to service my property. He dealt efficiently with the smell coming from a decomposed mouse. His expertise helped him to discover it very rapidly. He disposed of the body and deodorized the area. After 24 hours no smell whatsoever in my garage. He gave extended info about ways to protect my property and described the services offered by his company. Job well done! Thank you!7

Rob showed up promptly before the appointment time. He is extremely thorough and professional. He demonstrated excellent customer service and communicated clearly of his findings and recommendations. We are a returned customer and are very satisfied with the service provided by Rob and Swat.

Rob was punctual and professional. He explained the options clearly so that I could make the best decision. A screen was installed below the soil in each window well to prevent the animals from re-entering.

I left the back door ajar so the cat could come and go as she wanted, I soon discovered a raccoon in the basement. Jason not only caught the raccoon but took it away to it's new home. He also took the time to inspect my property for any other potential raccoon visitors. I would highly recommend Swat Wildlife and will most definitely call on them again if this situation arises with again.
