We heard something in our attic one night and submitted a request the same night. First thing the next morning we got a call from Swat Wildlife with an offer to have the inspection and one way door installed that day. Randy was friendly, very thorough with the inspection, and helpful in explaining things. Thankfully we didn’t hear any noises after!

The service provider was very polite, efficient and advised me of the potential issues and how to resolve them. Service was prompt.

Rob from Swat Wildlife came to deal with a nice infestation we were facing in our 100yr old Toronto home. He investigated the place and placed a couple of containers that had poisonous food that only mouse could access in the ground floor, basement, and attic (didnt know mouse liked attic).
We have two kids under five; so wanted to make sure it would safe (inaccessible for kids).
Also he has plugged up a couple access points to prevent the mouse getting easy access to dry food inside cabinets.
We have also been hearing a continuous scratching sound at night time where the chimney was enclosed in (not used now).
Rob had mentioned that would likely be raccoon or squirrel- never thought that could be the case. He went up to the roof and capped the chimney and placed a complimentary one way door out of the chimney for whatever rodent was there to leave and not re-enter.
All in all Rob did a thorough job and would recommend their service to deal with these rodents.
Hoping this nightmare is behind us.

I cannot say enough about SWAT wildlife. This is the
third time I have used their services and I would
highly recommend them. The first time was a very
gentle relocation of a mother raccoon and her babies
that were under my deck. The area was sealed off
and there were no future issues. The second was two
seasons later with a raccoon in my garage. While I
was able to leave the door open and the raccoon
escaped by himself, SWAT once again sealed the (hard to reach) area. There was another unsuccessful attempted break in so Rob came back just to ensure the repair would hold. He thought it would, but further secured it just to be certain. Very thorough, friendly and professional service!

Both service personnel explained the problem. Responded to questions I had in a polite and clear manner. Proceeded to explain what they would do to address the problem. I appreciated the time they took to address the problem and felt reassured that they did what had to be done.
