Called swat life as squirrels got into our attic again. They were very punctual and professional. They are very knowledgeable about the issue and gave me great info about the issue. They also worked very quickly. Are very hosnest and very reasonable in price.

They came last year to remove squirrels.
Tried to charge us a fortune to do a bunch of roof work.
Sealed some holes and put in 1 way door and never came back to remove it and seal the spot.
Now the squirrels are back. $500 wasted.
Will see if they remedy the situation. Fingers crossed.

Heard nighttime noises in attic over a period of 2 weeks, and assumed an animal had entered. I contacted SWAT based on good Homestar reviews, and the fact that they offered cleanup services (not sure if I would need it or not). I was able to secure a same-day appointment. Randy, the technician who was dispatched to my house, first climbed to my roof to do an exterior inspection for signs of animal entry, even though it was snow-covered in parts. He then entered the attic from the inside and found evidence of mice. He left baits and advised me that it would take 1-2 weeks for nighttime attic noises to abate. Randy was very polite and easy to deal with, answering all of my questions and explaining the SWAT guarantee and to call back if there is still sign of mice after the 2 weeks. Fingers crossed! Overall, I was very pleased with dealing with the SWAT team in dealing with my situation.

Squirrels in our attic were driving us and our dog nuts! We lost hours of sleep until we called SWAT! Alex returned our call same day and she booked us for an appointment the very next day after a blizzard hit the GTA. Within 30 minutes of arrival, Brian had installed a one way door at the opening of our soffit intersection. Later that day I watched a squirrel try to reenter that same hole, but as I grinned, the little bugger looked down at me and ran up the soffit to the other side and slipped through a second hole in the other soffit intersection! Unfortunately, with all this snow, it was impossible for them to do a full roof inspection, but I called back SWAT and Brian returned the next morning to install another one way door at the second hole.
