Rob from Swat Wildlife came to deal with a nice infestation we were facing in our 100yr old Toronto home. He investigated the place and placed a couple of containers that had poisonous food that only mouse could access in the ground floor, basement, and attic (didnt know mouse liked attic).
We have two kids under five; so wanted to make sure it would safe (inaccessible for kids).
Also he has plugged up a couple access points to prevent the mouse getting easy access to dry food inside cabinets.
We have also been hearing a continuous scratching sound at night time where the chimney was enclosed in (not used now).
Rob had mentioned that would likely be raccoon or squirrel- never thought that could be the case. He went up to the roof and capped the chimney and placed a complimentary one way door out of the chimney for whatever rodent was there to leave and not re-enter.
All in all Rob did a thorough job and would recommend their service to deal with these rodents.
Hoping this nightmare is behind us.
