Overall very pleased with the inspection and initial service. I reached out to a couple companies via email late Wednesday evening after hearing noises in our attic that we believed to be a raccoon. Swat Wildlife reached out the following morning by phone call and scheduled an 8-12 window for the coming Sunday. Randy arrived Sunday morning promptly at 8am. Inspection involved climbing on the roof to inspect for exterior access to the attic as well as inspection in the attic. Randy appeared thorough and very knowledgeable. I was most impressed with his thoughtfulness as he requested consent for each action of the process and made a discernible effort at cleanliness out of respect for us and our property. In his inspection Randy shared his observations about our property which indicated his attentiveness to details as each observation matched our own views and experience with the property. Randy determined we did not have a raccoon but mice. (We've been in the property for over 5 years and were aware of previous mice during recent insulation work) Randy documented the entire process and provided clear photos. While we still had unwarranted concerns about raccoons, Randy guided us through his assessment and addressed all of our questions and concerns. He shared additional quotes for services at our request but reminded us they were not necessary based on his inspection. We moved forward with the treatment for mice and are currently monitoring the progress.
