Swat Wildlife and Insulation

We suspected that raccoons were living in our roof after hearing footsteps and our neighbor got a picture of some of them on our roof. SWAT sent a technician a few days after our call and took a look, figured out they lived in our backyard underneath our shed and figured out how to prevent them from getting into the house. He put up screens on our vents (one of them was a bit damaged from a racoon trying to get in). The technician Randy was professional, helpful and quick with his job.
