Good communication, quick and friendly service. We had a reoccurrence, and they dealt with it quickly at no charge. Would highly recommend.

I had squirrels in my attic I called swat they made the appointment for Saturday between 12 and two. Randy showed up at 12:30 he came assess the problem and made quick work of it. He was very professional very clean. He inspected my attic He also found traces of mice, which was good to know. I was very impressed with the service and Randy.

I had nesting pigeons and their droppings covering most of the floor of my 16th floor condo balcony. Rob removed and disposed of the nest and droppings, cleaned, disinfected and deodorized the floor, and bagged articles that could be thrown out. Although I see that the pair of pigeons are already looking for their nest, the area has been screened off. I hope I will not have to deal with this again, but if I do I will definitely call SWAT and as for Rob. I am very satisfied with their service.

We have used services from Swat Wildlife twice so far since moving into a house, and each time it was a pleasure to work with them!

their prices are fair, and they are very responsive and informative, we've learned a lot!

the first time, we had birds flying in and out of our chimney due to the cover being broken. they replaced it for us and it even comes with warranty. they also checked around that area of the roof and informed us on things like how we would know if a bird got trapped in there etc.

the second time, we found old rugs in the garage shelf with rodent droppings. they helped remove it safely for us, and also informed us on a couple other things in the garage area and advised on what we should look out for and how to prevent pests from getting in again.

Rob was prompt, professional, and interested in doing the job properly. They went above and beyond, including investigating neighbour's rooftops and returning until the squirrel was gone.
