their prices are fair, and they are very responsive and informative, we've learned a lot!

the first time, we had birds flying in and out of our chimney due to the cover being broken. they replaced it for us and it even comes with warranty. they also checked around that area of the roof and informed us on things like how we would know if a bird got trapped in there etc.

the second time, we found old rugs in the garage shelf with rodent droppings. they helped remove it safely for us, and also informed us on a couple other things in the garage area and advised on what we should look out for and how to prevent pests from getting in again.

Rob was prompt, professional, and interested in doing the job properly. They went above and beyond, including investigating neighbour's rooftops and returning until the squirrel was gone.

We were at a loss trying to rid ourselves of a destructive racooon in our HVAC unit. We tried many different companies. It was SWAT Wildlife that finally figured it out and we are very grateful to the team for their expertise, hard work and dedication to helping rid us of the racoon.

I think it is worthy the investment to get the chimney and vent protected for the peace of mind. Been seeing racoon family around a lot and sometimes leaving droppings. Who knows when a curious one of them would open it and discover a nice shelter to claim.
