I had nesting pigeons and their droppings covering most of the floor of my 16th floor condo balcony. Rob removed and disposed of the nest and droppings, cleaned, disinfected and deodorized the floor, and bagged articles that could be thrown out. Although I see that the pair of pigeons are already looking for their nest, the area has been screened off. I hope I will not have to deal with this again, but if I do I will definitely call SWAT and as for Rob. I am very satisfied with their service.
