Hearing noises in our 3rd floor eaves, and unable to reach the area safely myself, I called SWAT. Rob had extensive experience w animals and carpentry and 3yrs with SWAT and it showed. Teenaged squirrels were removed to a place where mother squirrel can take them to a tree where they belong (plant oak and maple trees in your front yards, folks, we need them for the planet, the pollinators, and wildlife!) Rob then put up heavy gauge wire enclosures on both eaves with a sprung one-way door. He was neat and careful, explaining as he worked, and at the outset texted me SWATs WSIB certificate (which another company Id contacted did not have) impt for safety of their workers. I tucked Kleenex balls with Tabasco sauce into the eaves before he screwed in the enclosures! Guaranteed for a year and one more visit if needed is covered in the fee. This will prevent squirrels getting down the walls or leaving mites, and puts off the need for expensive new soffits and woodwork! Thank you Rob and SWAT! JB

SWAT was so responsive when I called with an issue with a squirrel in our bathroom vent/exhaust. Rob was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable with dealing with our situation. Would highly recommend Rob and the SWAT team!

We called SWAT Wildlife out when we discovered that a Mama Raccoon had had her babies in our garage. We called 5pm one evening and they were at our place at 10am the next day. The Mama left the garage by her own volition as Rob entered. He was able to remove the babies and place them outside with a heating pad to keep them warm until Mama came back to retrieve them. He then patched all the holes in the garage with reinforeced steel so she would not try to re-enter. Rob provided lots of information throughout the process and dealt with the situation quickly and efficently, and everything is backed up with a 1 year guarantee. Very happy!

Randy helped us out almost a decade ago, and again just today. He has been fantastic both times. He is very thorough, knowledgeable, and most importantly to me, humane.

I would absolutely recommend anyone in need to call SWAT WILDLIFE and even ask for Randy if you can. I hope he is being valued by the company, as he's the kind of person I would want training others.
