Swat Wildlife and Insulation

Woke up one morning to noises coming from the attic. As this was a first time for me, I decided to search engine the problem. I knew this issue was top priority and had to be dealt with immediately. I had called another company first. Maybe it was a blessing in disguise, they never got back to me.
I searched on net and came across SWAT WILDLIFE, who I called and instead of a machine, spoke to real person (Patty) at their office. She reassured me that they will get me sorted. Thank you Patty.
SWAT’s friendly technicians (Josh and Johnny), arrived on what was the coldest day of the year so far. I briefed them on the problem. They inspected the exterior of the house and explained to me what was going on.
I have dealt with companies in past but in terms of overall service, none can be compared to or come second to SWAT WILDLIFE.
I have never experienced an “AFTER SALES” service as I have with this company. Derrick reassured me that the problem will be fixed and that’s what they did.
What impressed me even more was the humane approach they have. I have posted some pics of a young squirrel captured in my attic, being released.
They went an extra mile and delivered a service, beyond my imagination. I am sincerely grateful for an A+ 10/10 service.
The least I can do is to take some time out and write a few words they deserve.
I cannot recommend SWAT WILDLIFE enough. They are flexible, Prompt, knowledgeable, professional and reasonably priced.
I can finally relax, not have to worry about noises and the mess being made in my attic.
I’d give 20/10 to this company if it was possible.

I called SWAT with a major squirrel problem - 2 hours later they were on site and not only put in the one way door to solve my problem, but they exceeded my expectations by completing all of the preventative work on the same day. Josh was absolutely phenomenal and kept me updated every step of the way! Josh knew that I lived in Montreal and couldn't be on site to manage the work, so he proactively sent me text messages and picture messages to ensure I knew what they were doing (and what I was paying for), on top of multiple calls throughout the day.

Patty in the office knows how to get things done and doesn't waste any time. I will absolutely use them again if I ever need this type of service.

I've already referred them to friends and family. You won't be disappointed!

I also thank you for your extreme honesty - Patty called me back today to let me know that my invoice would be slightly lower because the semi detached house (attached to me) was also doing preventive work. In all my years of renovations and using multiple contractors I have never had anyone call me to decrease my bill!

I suspected that we had squirrels in the attic and called around. My friend recommended Swat Wildlife because he had a very positive experience with them. I called and receive fantastic service over the phone. I liked knowing that the service was all-inclusive and so was the cost. Derick was the staff member who actually came on site and was very professional. My problem is gone! I give these guys 10/10!

We had a skunk fall into a hole on our construction site preventing the entire job from getting under way, we needed this thing gone ASAP we called SWAT after googling skunk removal on the internet and they were able to show up with in an hour, it was actually quite impressive to watch Derek the tech snare and cage this thing in 2 minutes flat. Very pleased with SWAT's efficiency and service.

Extremely professional. First initial phone call was very good, answered all questions about how they check our roof and home for raccoon entrances. Called a bunch of different places, and they did not answer as thoroughly or in as professional a manner.

Came in for a free assessment, but was no obligation, was not pressured into signing up for the service. Explained the situation clearly.

When I called back a week later to book someone to close up the roof, Derick was quick and sealed up the hole quickly. Raccoons were gone within a week.

Derick and his crew are super professional and efficient. I have been through a few of these guys before and these guys are it. I would pay 2x the amount for them. They are the "super heroes" of this business. They are confident in climbing roofs and figuring out where problems are. When they left I knew the problem was solved. Trust me - when it comes to this stuff - you want it done quick and right. These are the guys.

I heard noises in my attic and decided on SWAT Wildlife after reading the great reviews they received on Homestars. I called and spoke with Patty who put my mind at ease and scheduled an appointment. Derick and his team arrived punctually, assessed and explained the problem to me then set a one-way trap door for the raccoon to exit and stay out. I still heard occasional sounds in my attic so followed up with SWAT. They kept the trap door on longer then eventually removed it. No more noises heard since then! SWAT did everything they said they would. Their estimate was exactly as calculated and the discount advertised was also honored. It is very rare to find a company that does what they say they are going to do so SWAT Wildlife is a ‘treasure’ I will be keeping. Thanks again, SWAT!
