Swat Wildlife and Insulation

Found a few Raccoons stowing away in our basement during the winter months. Josh and Johnny from Wildlife swat showed up about a half hour after I had called to inquire about their services. They were prompt, polite and efficient. Within the hour they had identified the raccoon's entry point in to the house- had sealed it up and even did a quick patch on an old basement window. Good guys, good service. Would definitely recommend their services.

We called Swat Wildlife in to help with our raccoon problem. They were quick to respond and Josh and Jim were very friendly, and knowledgeable and efficient at their jobs. I would recommend this company.

I have had persistent skunk problems for the past three years -- they have found every which way to dig homes for themselves under my house. SWAT Wildlife has been exceptional at coming over when needed (often on a moment's notice), doing intricate work (digging in screening and one way doors into my small back garden), and best of all, honouring the integrity of their work with a years warranty. It's been quite harassing dealing with this family of skunks but Derick and his team have been extremely patient and effective of ridding my home of these pests at an affordable price.

We moved in 2 weeks ago and on Friday night heard scratching and scraping of metal on the roof. By Monday, the animal had entered the attic and we could hear it scurrying around. I contacted Derik late Monday via email. He responded promptly, and squeezed me in for an appointment the next day. Removed the squirrels via a one way door, and added some additional features at my request. Was on time, polite, and answered my (multiple) questions very patiently. I never felt I was being upsold or taken advantage of. A very satisfied customer! Will definitely use SWAT again (although I hope I don't have to!) and recommend to friends and family.

My parents and I heard noises coming from our attic and decided on SWAT Wildlife after checking out their Face Book page. I made an appointment. Josh and Jonny arrived punctually, assessed and explained the problem to me then set a one-way trap door for the raccoon/squirrels to exit. They also reccomended that we install roof vents and protect the other soffit intersection. We had 9 quality roof vent protectors installed. Josh and Jonny were super professional and super nice guys. Thank you for the hard work.

we were hearing something in our attic so I called one of the well known pest control companies to come out. they were not willing to go into the attic to investigate so I sent them away. A couple of days later I called Swat . the sent out Josh and John who came prepared with ladders to check everywhere. They checked for entry points on my roof , soffits and all around the house including in the attic. they found evidence of a mouse in the garage and put down bait stations everywhere. These guys were great. they have given us the peace of mind knowing that if there is anything there, it will be eradicated I highly recommend Swat . everyone there that I dealt with from the office staff to the service staff were excellent!

Woke up one morning to noises coming from the attic. As this was a first time for me, I decided to search engine the problem. I knew this issue was top priority and had to be dealt with immediately. I had called another company first. Maybe it was a blessing in disguise, they never got back to me.
I searched on net and came across SWAT WILDLIFE, who I called and instead of a machine, spoke to real person (Patty) at their office. She reassured me that they will get me sorted. Thank you Patty.
SWAT’s friendly technicians (Josh and Johnny), arrived on what was the coldest day of the year so far. I briefed them on the problem. They inspected the exterior of the house and explained to me what was going on.
I have dealt with companies in past but in terms of overall service, none can be compared to or come second to SWAT WILDLIFE.
I have never experienced an “AFTER SALES” service as I have with this company. Derrick reassured me that the problem will be fixed and that’s what they did.
What impressed me even more was the humane approach they have. I have posted some pics of a young squirrel captured in my attic, being released.
They went an extra mile and delivered a service, beyond my imagination. I am sincerely grateful for an A+ 10/10 service.
The least I can do is to take some time out and write a few words they deserve.
I cannot recommend SWAT WILDLIFE enough. They are flexible, Prompt, knowledgeable, professional and reasonably priced.
I can finally relax, not have to worry about noises and the mess being made in my attic.

I called SWAT with a major squirrel problem - 2 hours later they were on site and not only put in the one way door to solve my problem, but they exceeded my expectations by completing all of the preventative work on the same day. Josh was absolutely phenomenal and kept me updated every step of the way! Josh knew that I lived in Montreal and couldn't be on site to manage the work, so he proactively sent me text messages and picture messages to ensure I knew what they were doing (and what I was paying for), on top of multiple calls throughout the day.

Patty in the office knows how to get things done and doesn't waste any time. I will absolutely use them again if I ever need this type of service.

I've already referred them to friends and family. You won't be disappointed!

I also thank you for your extreme honesty - Patty called me back today to let me know that my invoice would be slightly lower because the semi detached house (attached to me) was also doing preventive work. In all my years of renovations and using multiple contractors I have never had anyone call me to decrease my bill!

I suspected that we had squirrels in the attic and called around. My friend recommended Swat Wildlife because he had a very positive experience with them. I called and receive fantastic service over the phone. I liked knowing that the service was all-inclusive and so was the cost. Derick was the staff member who actually came on site and was very professional. My problem is gone! I give these guys 10/10!
