Woke up one morning to noises coming from the attic. As this was a first time for me, I decided to search engine the problem. I knew this issue was top priority and had to be dealt with immediately. I had called another company first. Maybe it was a blessing in disguise, they never got back to me. I searched on net and came across SWAT WILDLIFE, who I called and instead of a machine, spoke to real person (Patty) at their office. She reassured me that they will get me sorted. Thank you Patty. SWAT’s friendly technicians (Josh and Johnny), arrived on what was the coldest day of the year so far. I briefed them on the problem. They inspected the exterior of the house and explained to me what was going on. I have dealt with companies in past but in terms of overall service, none can be compared to or come second to SWAT WILDLIFE. I have never experienced an “AFTER SALES” service as I have with this company. Derrick reassured me that the problem will be fixed and that’s what they did. What impressed me even more was the humane approach they have. I have posted some pics of a young squirrel captured in my attic, being released. They went an extra mile and delivered a service, beyond my imagination. I am sincerely grateful for an A+ 10/10 service. The least I can do is to take some time out and write a few words they deserve. I cannot recommend SWAT WILDLIFE enough. They are flexible, Prompt, knowledgeable, professional and reasonably priced. I can finally relax, not have to worry about noises and the mess being made in my attic. I’d give 20/10 to this company if it was possible. Thank you Guys. Derick, Josh and Johnny.
