Swat Wildlife and Insulation

I was hearing sounds in my attic and decided to get some professional help. I'm glad I came across the reviews on Homestars because it steered me away from the sketchy wildlife service and introduced me to Derick and his team. I initially thought it was a Racoon but after the inspection it became clear that the problem was mice. We got our attic and some precautionary areas treated. Weeks later I wanted to follow up since I was still hearing the occasional sounds in the attic. Derick came by and re-investigated my attic and managed to spot a squirrel. He then pinpointed where it came in from and his team set me up with a one-way door to make sure it and any other squirrels would get out and stay out. The door and another round of mice treatment came at no additional cost! Do your house a favor and call these guys if you have unwanted guests. Thanks SWAT

Was able to schedule the removal a couple of days from when I called. Derick and the others were professional and got the job done fast. I'd definitely recommend SWAT to others.

Back in June we had raccoon and squirrels living on each side of soffit intersection and we called SWAT to come and help.
Derick came out and installed one way door to remove animals and came back in few days to seal the area with much stronger protection so they can’t rip open the metal again.
This past weekend Derrick and Josh came out and deal with our noisy shingles. They came on time and patiently answered our many questions. They secured all the required areas and service was quick.
We are very satisfied with their work and so happy they solved our problems TWICE! Highly recommend!

Amazing service from Derick and his Team. They were able to fit me in their schedule quickly and had sealed up the hole the raccoons had made for themselves with an exit only door. They communicated with me so I understood what needed to happen. I'm so happy they solved my problem!

SWAT was able to come out to my house the morning after I called. They were very friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. They removed the raccoons that were under our deck and sealed it off to prevent it happening again. Highly recommend!

I called in the morning and Swat Wildlife was there in the afternoon. Squirrels vacated the roof that evening. Josh and Derick installed an exit only gate on our 3rd story for the animals to leave and installed additional steel flashing as a temporary solve for our home. So very easy to deal with. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

Derick did a terrific job of assessing our chimney for raccoon damage (none)' adding a protective cover and then ridding our back attic of squirrels, and secured both the hole near the fascia and secured our fan vent against future home invasions. He also nicely managed our kind of crazy neighbour. Derick was able to come by the day we called and showed up on time as promised. He has also advised he can stop by in a weeks time once we are sure all of the squirrels are gone to replace the one way door with something more permanent. My husband was really impressed and I would recommend Derick and Swat Wildlife whenever asked.

From my first call to Swat Wildlife, Patty was efficient and to the point. She booked and confirmed the appointment with Derek to come out and deal with our "noisy attic". He quickly addressed the problem and came up with an affordable solution not only to remove the critters humanly, and also to prevent them from accessing our attic in future. What was a BIG problem to us, turned out to have an easy solution thanks to Patty and Derek.
