I am very confused here Joseph, for this was not last christmas eve, but Christmas eve of 2010. And everything was explained to you thoroughly before coming out. It was overtime rates, for that day, I had even recommended to wait a few days till regular rates in order to save you money for a job that was not an emergency. I found out that the bidet faucet was discontinued, over 8 years prior, and that it would be very difficult if at all possible to find parts. I told you that my opinion would be to replace the bidet faucet, given the amount of time and money it would cost to repair. You informed me that you wanted me to find the parts. I spent over 20 hours looking for the parts and as you know the manufacturer of the bidet faucet sent the replacement parts for the bidet, which took the 2 months and it did not have the proper thread count, at which point the manufacturer told us that we had to buy a new bidet faucet for there was no replacement parts left since the faucet was discontinued over 8 years ago at that point... closer to 10 years ago now. we did not charge for the 20+ hrs spent on locating the parts. When we last spoke I had apologized for the inconvenience and asked if there was anything I could, within my power, do to rectify the situation, you said no and my understanding was that you understood and things were ok.
I thank you and appreciate that you have taken the time to write us a review and bring this to my attention. I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with our service and would ask you to please contact me, so I can try and resolve this situation with you.
