Out of world service. These guys really provided amazing service. One of the best I have ever experienced. We got an AC and an oven installed in our bakery. The price was far better than quoted by other companies and on top of this great service. You really can't beat these guys. My 13 years old son who was in the store during installation said that these guys were 'Very Kind'. A great compliment from 13 years old.

I am really going to recommend their service to all my friends.

I recently had a Goodman 2 Ton Air Conditioner installed, the service and installation was excellent and it was a lot quiter than my previous Lennox, to top it off it was about $800 cheaper than other quotes for the same model. Thank you Reliable for living up to your name. John

There isn't much I can say that hasn't been said already. I called Reliable Home Comfort on Sunday night after I found water pooling under my furnace. After few hours Leroy, called me back to schedule a morning visit for Tuesday. He has been very professional and accommodating to my schedule.

On Tuesday morning Leroy called me 30 min before arriving and then once more when he was 10 minutes out. Leroy found a clogg and cleared it. He did an excellent job and was very professional. I am very satisfied with the company. I would recommend Reliable Home Comfort to any one looking.

Dave and his team are fantastic. I found my AC not working on Thursday evening and called Reliable Friday morning. Dave answered the phone himself and after apologizing for not being able to take any new jobs until Monday, proceeded to offer to come out over the weekend to take a look, which he did on Saturday. Dave explained that the old unit was undersized for my house, which explained why the old unit could never keep up on hotter days. Monday morning they arrived to install the new unit. It was a pretty hot day and once installed, the new unit had the house cooled down in no time flat.

In summary, all the other reviews are bang on. Great and honest service at a fair price. Dave and his crew are friendly and easy to deal with. I would recommend Reliable to anyone needing heating, air conditioning or water cooler repairs or service. These guys are out to please!

This was our third quote so I knew the products, the size of the unit we required and requirements around unit location, electrical, etc so when I called Dave he was able to give me a quote that beat the others by a long shot. His team was here in a week and we now have AC after nine years! :) Suari Castaneda and his uncle did the install and were so polite, hard working, and cleaned up well after the installation. There was an electrical issue with our current thermostat and Suari consulted with us and gave us the options to ensure we were happy. It was so smooth. After months of quotes and uncertainty, we are so happy with our choice. Thank you!

I contacted the Mississauga officefor a quote on replacing an A/C unit of 37 years (still working but for how much longer ?) I was visited by Tim Brown Residential Sales Manager and Christine . An initial estimatewas given in a professional and courteous manner. Tim was very knowledgeable in determining the proper A/C unit for our home and also pointed out that the filter for the furnace/A.C.was not doing the proper job and was not easily accessable for cleaning. Tim suggestedthat he could have a part made which would correct the problem and would be included in the quoted price.
Within a week a two man crew installed the A/C ,thermostat as well as the part to hold the filter in place. the installers were both friendly and professional and answered all questions. I might add that Tim was available by telephone at all times no messages had to be left.
I would not hesitate to recommend Reliable Home Comfort to any of my friends.

Reliable Home Comfort, is JUST THAT! They are well GREAT and RELIABLE. The little details that these guys do, that the 'big guys' miss is what I love the most about them. They set up an appointment time and will call to let you know that they are running on time or a little late. Very polite and friendly, ANSWERS all of my questions. Prices are amazing too. I'm the type that will look around at the other companies, but know now theres no point because these guys are below the lowest prices I find . Recommend these guys 100000% to anyone!

After receiving a couple of quotes from other companies we had Dave (the owner) from Reliable come by. His quote on a new HE Goodman furnace and A/C was well below the rest and Dave impressed us as a guy who was very professional and very honest. He went out of his way to warn us off low value bells and whistles that others had tried to sell us.

Installation was fast -- just a couple of days after our meeting. A crew of three great guys came and put everything together. Very professional and tidy. Just as they were finishing up the installation, our new hot water tank (supplied by another company) died. They got their tools back out, dug a replacement part out of their van and fixed the problem. No charge.

Immediately after we got our new furnace our gas consumption took a tumble. We expected that. However we got another pleasant surprise. If you have a smart meter you can view your daily hydro consumption at the Toronto Hydro site. Literally the day after installation our hydro usage flattened out at about 80% of what it had been. That was very neat.
