I turned on my AC when I heard a heat wave was on its way, but it wouldn't start. When I called Reliable, they cautioned me that they were backed up by "a couple of days", but gave me the owner's email address to request an appointment.
Their tech Leroy called me within an hour of my sending the email and was able to squeeze me in the next day, even though I'd indicated I was willing to wait a few days (no babies or elderly people in the house, and I'm at work all day).
He was courteous, efficient, and thorough. In just under an hour, he'd identified the problem, fixed it, and gave my AC unit a good cleaning to boot.
This isn't the first time I call on Reliable Home Comfort and I won't hesitate to do so again.
