Reliable Home Comfort

Furnace wasn't really working and I did't realize until the house got really cold when we got snow last Wednesday. I called Reliable Home Comfort the very next day and they were able to send a technician in the very same day with such short notice. A technician got to my home and after 5 minutes of diagnosis he was able to fix my furnace in 30 minutes without the need of purchasing any parts!

My 10 year old furnace was red-tagged by another service company during a routine preventative maintenance visit. Not pleased with what I suspected was a misdiagnosis, I turned to HomeStars to find some second opinions. Reliable Home Comfort had excellent ratings and they did not disappoint! Not only did Dave come in with the best price point on the new furnace (comparing exact models with other quotes) , he and Liev were onsite the next day for the job. In addition to a very smooth installation by Liev, Dave performed some additional preventative maintenance in my furnace room and provided me with education to help prolong the life of the components. They had the best price, excellent response time and delivered a very professional engagement. Thanks Dave!

Being a first time home owner I don't know anything about gas. I have an older furnace, gas fire place and hook up for a gas bbq. I just bought the BBQ and didn't want to do anything wrong so I called Dave. I was very pleased when he showed up with Jamie. They took me through the house and showed me where all the main shut off's were. Checked the heating, AC and finally hooked up my BBQ.

Jamie was very efficient and thorough. and didn't leave until I felt comfortable with everything. I would definitely call Jamie at Reliable for future jobs and would recommend him to anyone else.

I am so happy that I chose to go with Dave and team at Relaible Home Comfort. Not only was there pricing better than other quotes I had received, their service was outstanding. I could always reach Dave by phone (no message needed) and when Rob and Enzio (sp?) came, they were were informed of what Dave and I had discussed. They treated my home as if it were there own and took the time to go through everything with me and give me tips to keep everything working well. Rob went out of his way for us. We will need a new furnace within a year or two and I wont be looking anywhere else.

In our new house we had problems with our old furnace which was not igniting, and the ducts needed a cleaning. They helped us clean upour air cleaner filters (which hadn't been done in ages by the looks
of it), but when that led to other problems, they offered us a very
good deal for a slightly used (1 month) furnace, and came to install
it (albeit with some time confusion and delays). They spent a long
day working and were very courteous to get out in time for our family
dinner. Unfortunately the new furnace did not work either, so they
lived up to their promise and gave us an even better brand new furnace and duct cleaning for the price they originally promised, even though I am certain it cost them far more. They do what they say and live up to their word, and work very hard to make things right with their customers. Very honest and live up to their undertakings. Will definitely use again

I called Dave at Reliable Home comfort and was pleasantly surprised i got a live response not a recorded message. We talked and agreed to come by my place to talk about my hvac needs! Dave is very informative and sincere about his products. I agreed to proceed with my systems installation! Jaime and rob can to my house and did a great job and were diligent in their work! My experience with Reliable started with a visit by Dave Chaddock. He came out on a Sunday morning and arrived on time. He walked me through the process, was very informative, seemed very transparent about their products and service and gave a very competitive price. After gathering a few other quotes, I decided that I had the most confidence in Dave and his team and that his price represented fantastic value. We set a date and I asked Dave to send his best guys. Jaime and Kwame were friendly, thorough, and total pros. We got the impression that they love what they do. The install in my inner city semi was tricky. Space was tight and venting was a challenge. But they figured it all out and it all went smoothly. Along the way, Jaime carefully explained what they were doing and showed great pride in the work. They worked hard, were always polite and conscientious and cleaned up after themselves. I felt that they care and can be trusted. They were recommended to me and I highly recommend Reliable Home Comfort.

I called reliable, Dave the owner came and met me the next evening, we walked through the project, I explained that I wanted to do some of the work (electrical) myself to save some cost and he was fine with that.

He brought a demo A/C unit and discussed the product and it's advantages, shook my hand and left, not a high-pressure sell, very nice straight-forward guy.

I called back and confirmed the work, Jamie and Rob A arrived the next week, did good, clean work, and I asked for a few minor changes, they were happy to accommodate me even though it took a little longer. Their work was fast and efficient but not rushed. Great guys.
