Purchased a new A/C and thermostat
I contacted the Mississauga officefor a quote on replacing an A/C unit of 37 years (still working but for how much longer ?) I was visited by Tim Brown Residential Sales Manager and Christine . An initial estimatewas given in a professional and courteous manner. Tim was very knowledgeable in determining the proper A/C unit for our home and also pointed out that the filter for the furnace/A.C.was not doing the proper job and was not easily accessable for cleaning. Tim suggestedthat he could have a part made which would correct the problem and would be included in the quoted price.
Within a week a two man crew installed the A/C ,thermostat as well as the part to hold the filter in place. the installers were both friendly and professional and answered all questions. I might add that Tim was available by telephone at all times no messages had to be left.
I would not hesitate to recommend Reliable Home Comfort to any of my friends.
