I needed carpet installed quickly and Home Depot wasn't able to do it within the time I needed it. I went online and found Victorious Flooring and Mark contacted me shortly after wards. He went out of his way to come over late in the eve to give me an estimate and told me the space may be difficult to do perfectly - due to the dimensions of the room (which I understood clearly), but after the work was done, it was indeed perfect. It was literally seamless. Quick,efficient and about $200 cheaper than Home Depot. Excellent work guys!

Mark Aydin and Victorious Flooring are exceptional in every way. Mark came to our home to assist us and do measurements of the area to be carpeted. He answered all my emails in a timely fashion. He is friendly, polite, professional and very knowledgeable. His customer service is second to none. Also, he gave us a very good price. As it came closer to the time of installation, we wanted to double check that the carpet we had chosen we still wanted so Mark very kindly came to our home again at a time convenient to us and we decided to go with an upgraded carpet. It looks just beautiful! He helped us choose the carpet and gave us all the information about this particular carpet, etc. I will definitely refer him to all my friends. The second time Mark came to our home, I had a friend there to get her opinion and she said to me she will definitely go to Mark and Victorious Flooring when she changes her carpet later this year or early next year. Mark, keep up the superb work and customer service, you are definitely the best in the business, nobody compares. All the awards you have won are well deserved!

We found Victorious Flooring doing a Google search, after having Home Depot in to do a quote (the estimate from Home Depot cost us $60), and asked Mark to come and give us a quote. Not only did he provide us with all the information we needed (we did not get this from Home Depot, as the person they sent ONLY measured) and an education in the product(s) his company sells. We felt very comfotable with Mark and found him friendly and professional. He was also easily accessed and responded almost immediately to any emailed questions or concerns. The day of our installation was a very exciting one for our family, as we had waited a long time to replace our carpets, and went more than smoothly. The technician Al was extremely professional and his attention to detail beyond any we had previously encountered. We could not be happier that we chose Victorious Flooring and will be giving them our business again this summer as we continue with our renovations. THANK YOU, MARK!!

I made contact with Mark based on the exceptional reviews received on Homestars (was impressed he took the time to respond with thanks to the reviews left).

Similar to others' experience I received a prompt response from Mark and it was no problem arranging a time for him to come by and look at the job. During the consultation he was exceptionally helpful and candid in assisting me in choosing a carpet that fit my needs and budget.

Communication with Mark between placing the order and install was seamless. He quickly responded to email and accommodated two reschedules.

While Al was here to install he was focused, meticulous and a pleasure to have in my home. Important to me was that he was cognisant of our pets the whole time at watchful of them when he would go back and forth to bring in material.

Mark stopped in on install day to personally ensure all was well. His after service follow up was second to none.

I would not hesitate to recommend Mark, he provided a service experience that seems to be all too rare these days.

I was looking for new carpeting and flooring as part of a total home reno. Mark came promptly, was friendly and professional, and offered great products and a great price. I really appreciated how carefully he suggested small carpentry changes to do first, and he was right (according to my carpenter). His installer was great. I can't imagine how the experience could have been better, and I'm thrilled with the outcome. I'm looking forward to having the chance to work with Mark again ... but given the quality of his work, it won't be soon.

Victorious Flooring quickly makes you run out of superlatives at every step of the way! The overwhelming theme coming out of our experience (second one) being .. why can't every contractor run their business this way?
Mark came in on a Saturday morning, before our scheduled time and made very astute recommendations given our needs. He was perceptive in noting our situation with our dog and recommended carpet that would be safe for him. He was prompt in getting back to us with various quotes based on our carpet.
The day of the carpeting saw "Al", his technician, work with incredible detail for about 16 hours, just to fit our schedule. Every stage of the job was meticulously worked on, with Al even taking the time to move our furniture about. We can honestly say that the last staple put in was done so with the same care as the first one, and it's a hard thing to do when he'd been working as long as he had.
Communication with Victorious Flooring and Mark was a joy .. from selecting carpets and getting information on delivery dates; to setting up schedules and time-lines. This has been our second experience with VF and have been amazed by how much he values his relationship with his customers and getting the right product; all within extremely competitive prices.

We went on Homestars here to look for a good carpet company, Victorious Flooring has really good reviews, so we took a chance with them. They turned out to be more than we ever expected. The quality of the carpet is amazing. The price cannot be beat. But the best thing out of all of this is the service from Mark and his team. When we pointed out that we didn't like the transition between the carpet and the tiles, Mark really listened and took the time to come up with the solution. He and Jay spent the whole next day to correct it. Mark, thank you for a job well done, the positive experience with you and your team will definitely increase the enjoyment of our new carpet for years to come.

I required my relatively new (3 year old carpet - installed by other company) re-stretched and called Victorious Carpet. I received an estimate by phone, and had an appointment within a couple of days and my carpet was repaired the same day of the appointment. Very professional and knowledgable staff - work was done quickly and professionally. Would definitely recommend.

We called in Victorious after our general contractor said he couldn't work with our original carpet installers (personality conflict). Mark was a little tempermental and ridgid in his ways (conflicted with our designer), but he certainly knows what he is doing and likes to do things his way because it results in quality work. Once the guys came in, they were quick and careful. I would have liked it if they would have removed the rest of the unused materials though. After two years, we have no issues with the carpet install, no threads loose or edges coming up. Mark may be very opinionated and moody, but he was very competant.

We had our basement carpet replaced by Victorious Flooring. From start to finish, they did an excellent job. Mark was patient as we chose our carpet and our underpad and took the time to answer our questions. Even after having second thoughts on our carpet colour selection, he offered to bring the samples over to our home again. The installers were extremely careful moving the furniture and ensuring that nothing was damaged. Because of our basement floor, it took a little longer to install the carpet than we both anticipated, but they took the time to do the job correct and asked us if we were ok if they stayed late and installed the job in one day. I would gladly use them again and would recommend them to anyone needing carpets.
