Val helped to change our toilets and to change our outdoor spigot which was leaking. As always, he was punctual and professional in his dealings. He explained everything up-front and there were no surprises. He also provided advice on to what to watch out for in order to maintain our plumbing and to avoid unnecessary costs. I would highly recommend Strong Plumbing and would not hesitate to call him again or recommend his services to friends and family (which I have).

From the beginning to the end, Mark has been absolutely wonderful to work with. He listened to all of our requests and incorporated all of them without any reminders. He kept us well informed throughout the entire process which ensured that there were no surprises. We especially loved the work that John, the stone mason did on our property. Among the work performed were: new driveway, front porch, stone walkway, stone patio, deck, essentially everything outside. The work went so smoothly, the time that my wife and I planned to oversee the project didn't happen because everything went as planned. Mark went over and above what would be expected from a contractor and will definitely hire them again when we conduct further renovations on our home. Attard Construction is highly recommended.

We had to have our bathroom redone and required a plumber to remove and then ultimately replace our fixtures. In addition, we wanted to have a pipe shorted as it did not serve any purpose. Val was on time and on price. We have used his services several times before and will continue using his services. He is trustworthy and would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends (which I have).

We had our basement carpet replaced by Victorious Flooring. From start to finish, they did an excellent job. Mark was patient as we chose our carpet and our underpad and took the time to answer our questions. Even after having second thoughts on our carpet colour selection, he offered to bring the samples over to our home again. The installers were extremely careful moving the furniture and ensuring that nothing was damaged. Because of our basement floor, it took a little longer to install the carpet than we both anticipated, but they took the time to do the job correct and asked us if we were ok if they stayed late and installed the job in one day. I would gladly use them again and would recommend them to anyone needing carpets.

Mr. Rooter replaced our sewer line in and outside of our home. They did a good job of replacing the sewer line and completed the job in 3 days despite the cold temperatures outside. However, as a part of the job, they were to replace the cement on the floor. They did a horrible job in the cementing as they failed to fill the void with compacted gravel or similar material before pouring the cement. As a result, we have hired a contractor to excavate the cement in the basement bathroom as it has collapsed after only a week! While excavating the contractors have uncovered coffee cups and pop cans inside the floor of our bathroom and have commented on the shoddy job performed by Mr. Rooter. Totally unprofessional work! I would have expected more when you pay northwards of $12K to do the job. We never had an issue before, but will now no longer utilize Mr. Rooter for any of our needs.

We purchased two bedside tables at Acacia. We were unsure if they would fit into our vehicle, but the salesperson assured us that if it didn't fit, they would drive the tables to our house themself, saving us the delivery fee. Once the prodcuts arrived and the tables did not fit, they informed us that we would have to pay for the delivery. It wasn't a large amount, but nevertheless, we have trouble trusting the salespeople there for this small event.
