Victorious Carpet Installation & Repair Services

Need the carpet replaced in my basement office after the floor was dug up to install some backwater valves. Got a very prompt call back from Mark at Victorious who managed to fit me in same day. His technician Al was courteous, on time, removed his shoes immediately before entering our house and did a great job reinstalling our carpet and cutting out a pattern to give access the backflow valve covers. I was very impressed at getting my invoice emailed to me immediately and a follow up call and email from Mark at Victorious to make sure I got great service and was happy with the work.

I am thoroughly impressed with the efficiency in which Victorious Carpet responded to my inquiry, as well sa the availibilty of an appointment to suit my busy schedule. Mark was friendly and courteous, and did a wonderful job repairing several areas that had been ruined by my pets. I also found the price for these repairs very reasonable, and would higly recommend Victorious to everyone!

Have used their services twice in the last two months due to basement flooding issues. I wish all those in the service business could respond the way Mark and his team do - extremely prompt, professional work. Could not have asked for better service quite frankly. They went above and beyond at a very fair price.

Originally had installer come to do carpet stretching in the master bedroom. He was very courteous and after completion explained to me what he had done. Part of our room had a grill in one area, which after stretching would be off. He made the adjustment pretty close to perfect. Mark called me for a follow up shortly after, which was very unexpected and also much appreciated. I was very happy with their service that on the spot I asked them if they could also replace existing carpet runners on 12 stairs.

Mark came by personally to do the measurements before his team would install, with 3 different styles and pricing options, and about 30-40 different colors to choose from.

The following week, the same person who did the carpet stretching did the carpet runners installation. It was nice to see the same person over. The quality and color of carpet was exactly what I selected the previous week, and the installation was done great.

We needed a new carpet runner for our stairs and landing area so I contacted Victorious Flooring for an estimate. Mark was easy to deal with and was quick to respond to my emails. He promptly came by my place on a weekend and provided me with different options for the runner and a very competitive estimate. Within a couple of weeks the installer came by and did a fantastic job with the installation of the carpet. He was very professional, worked quickly and cleaned up after himself. Will definetely call on Victorious Flooring again, thanks Mark!

Mark came to measure the basement. Gave quote right away. Brought carpet samples. He answer in depth every question i asked and i had a lot to ask. I felt so confident in his presence that i hired him on a spot. His worker called before coming and showed up on a date and time we have agreed. He finished same day. Cleaned up after him self. All in all the very profesional job and smooth experience almost too smooth!

I will recomend this company to anyone i know.

We had a rush repair job at our home because we were listing our property. Not only did Victorious Flooring save us from having to install new carpeting, the repair job that was done was fantastic. Al the installer did the best possible repair job that could have been done, and very professionally. What seemed to be the impossible was made possible. The communication with me was very good, the price was fair and the work was done properly. I had a difficult time finding somebody to repair my carpet so I was very pleased to find Victorious through Homestars. I contacted Victorious based on the reviews and the work was great. After the work was done Mark followed with a call to ensure we were happy and to let us know that there was a labour warranty on the installation should anything happen. We need our carpet relayed after digging up our basement. We provided the underpad for install and they put down carpet tacking, laid down underpad and restretched the carpet. What made them so great is that they used our carpet remanant to create 2 new seams that were frayed when pulled up. You can see the difference bw the new and old carpet, but with time it should blend in. Great work!
