Action Restoration

Action Restoration repointed our quite old foundation (external and above ground). They were thorough, fast, and kept a crowded worksite very clean each day. The work was top notch, and delivered with good humour and integrity.

After being abandoned by a few contractors Action Restoration agreed to help fix the sagging floor in our garage. They went above and beyond to not only fix the floor, but replace a cracked section of foundation and regrade the patio stones around that section of the house to make sure there are no additional problems down the road.

At every stage they clearly wanted to go the extra mile to make sure the job was done right rather than quickly. I would definitely recommend them.

The crew showed up on the day requested at 7:00am. They checked to verify the job being done and started work immediately. They removed the old garage floor and poured the new one by 3:30pm. The floor was flat and properly inclined for proper drainage. They installed a rubber expansion gasket to protect the foundation and fixed the front part of my garage foundation. My neighbour even saw them working and said they were fast and efficient and cleaned up after themselves quickly. He couldn't believe how fast they were. He asked me for the company name so he could use them when he gets his garage floor done. I can easily recommend Action Restoration. If I ever need another job I will definitely call on them.

Action Restoration cleaned up our foundation wall. They were quick and timely and were able to accommodate our request very fast. You can see the before and after pictures below. The foundation was structurally fine, but needed some deep re-pointing. We are happy with the job.

Workmanship in the replacement of garage floor and front step was carry out with care by a knowledgeable staff.....overall these tradespeople did a very professional job......would highly recommend them.

I am extremely satisfied by the work accomplished by Patrick and his crew. They finished waterproofing/insulating/installing weeping tile around the foundation of our home (back and one side) in 5 days and they also pour a new concrete floor in the garage. Similar work done in front and on the other side of the house was done a few years ago by another well-known contractor and it took them 2 months... Needless to say, my wife and I were very impressed. They are very professional, tireless workers and their work is spotless. Price paid was the price quoted, no additional "change of orders". My husband and I would like to thank the company for the great job on restoring our foundation. The middle row of cinder blocks was very crumbly. A lot of hard work went into completing the task. A shout out to Brendan for all of his tenacity and dedication!

Had these guys waterproof and repoint a stone foundation in a 100-year-old row house. Work was done quickly, done well and they dealt well with some unexpected issues they encountered. Prices were good, and whole crew were pleasant to deal with. Would definitely recommend!
