Pat did a great job replacing my garage floor and a section of the foundation. He kept me informed throughout the project and kept the work area clean. I would gladly recommend Action Restoration to anyone looking for this type of work.

I am not one to write negative reviews however I couldn't leave my initial review as is. While our experience started out positive, and likely would have stayed that way had there not been issue, it quickly soured after repair cracked. What started with apologies and promises to resolve changed to excuses for delays, 3 years of chasing, misunderstandings, and gaslighting. Be sure to get everything in writing should you choose to deal with.

Contacted Patrick at Action Restoration who demonstrated excellent knowledge about the necessary foundation repairs needed for our 1929 home. Everyday he was on site with his crew first thing in the morning to get the job done with the greatest of efficiency. The concrete around our garage was crumbling as well the brick work at the base of a support column was crumbling. Pat took the time to explain in detail the current problem and what was required to provide a lasting solution. He was efficient completing the entire job within a day. He also uncovered and repaired cracks in the foundation, one being a particularly difficult repair due to interference from a structural beam which was not correctly placed during the original house construction. He did this for a nominal additional cost. We are very pleased with the results and highly recommend Action Restoration.

Patrick had scheduled me in for repointing when a major crack in an extension foundation appeared overnight elsewhere on my house. Patrick took on doing the extra repair at the same time - helpfully squeezing it into his schedule. Pointing was fast, clean and thorough and mortar colour matching excellent. Patrick was practical - doing what needed doing without wasting time and money or worrying about minor imperfections as I requested. The foundation repair required moving a limestone patio area, hand-digging, creating footings, wall construction, and final parging. Brendan was tidy, careful and accurate in replacing my patio after the work was done as well. I was very happy with the workers and their work. I would recommend them to anyone.

Action Restoration repointed our quite old foundation (external and above ground). They were thorough, fast, and kept a crowded worksite very clean each day. The work was top notch, and delivered with good humour and integrity.

After being abandoned by a few contractors Action Restoration agreed to help fix the sagging floor in our garage. They went above and beyond to not only fix the floor, but replace a cracked section of foundation and regrade the patio stones around that section of the house to make sure there are no additional problems down the road.

At every stage they clearly wanted to go the extra mile to make sure the job was done right rather than quickly. I would definitely recommend them.
