Action Restoration

I was in a real jam, leaving for a vacation the following morning and had a pretty major leak in my basement. I had no idea who to call to help. I got lucky. My phone call was answered, despite it being after hours. They came to help within an hour and a few hours later, everything was fixed. I felt so grateful they came to help and so relieved they did such a good job. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you!

3) He came to fix 1 crack we thought. There were like 6 major cracks! He went above and beyond what’s expected of him and inspect the outside and reported on his findings. He also informed me about the grading of the property, other recommendation were made to fix the problem such as eves troughing.... what was suppose to take an hour or less needed up to be two hours!!!!! The cost remained the same!
4) the basement was cleaned up nicely.
5) He recommended 3rd party ( structural engineer) to inspect the damage and make recommendations. This just goes to show the owner has integrity. I felt like his wasn’t here to rip me off, unlike other companies who came in the past and quoted me tens of thousands of dollars and still didn’t know what the problem was definitively!

We had water coming in at fast rate and in the basement. It stopped. Then started all over. It was coming in so fast at times we could not keep up with clean up. ( Even with two shopvac running)

.Action restoration answered our call right away. They asked for a picture of the issue and were able to let us know right away if it was something they could help with. They were there and had it all fixed within two hours from our initial call.

This is for a condo unit on Bethamy lane and when I called the condo emergency number I was told the condo could not do anything until Monday morning when they would contact their foundation company.

I have no idea who the condo uses but should switch to Action Restoration because those guys rock and can deal with emergencies

It started with discovering a very damp basement carpet, which led to finding a crack with water pouring which prompted me to frantically source a company. In comes Action Restoration. They came and sealed it within 2 hours! From there booked them immediately to dig foundation to fix crack permanently. Which led to discovering another crack - they dug & fixed (see photo). On closer inspection Patrick discovered, and the likely cause of cracks, being that of the Garage shifting putting stress on the home foundation. Patrick & Team were able to book us in immediately!! In digging up the garage floor numerous cracks were discovered they patched up, including attaching new metal extension straps (see photo) in the corners for extra strength & support before having a new floor poured and graded properly! Patrick & his Team were amazing and thorough throughout the whole process - detailing exactly what he found and what the plan of attack would be. All this done in a week from first patch to new garage floor during 2nd week of January 2020! THANK YOU!!!

We had an issue with our foundation. 2 cracks were repaired on the sides of the house. The garage floor was also replaced. Patrick was professional, reliable, honest and we are so grateful we called him. Work was done quickly, they were punctual and they cleaned up well after themselves. You can tell he takes pride in his work. I would not hesitate to call him again.

Needed to repair a crack in my foundation to complete the sale of my house. One phone call and a few photos sent later, Pat’s team came through quickly and efficiently fixed the crack (with transferable warranty for new owners). Very clean and professional, we could barely tell there was digging at the location. Excellent contractor to deal with and fair price as well. If I need any foundation work in the future, I will call Pat again.

I am 56 years old and I have hired many different contractors to work on the houses I have lived in. I was the general contractor for a house that I built in 2012, and from that experience there are only two contractors that I would hire again. I wish that I knew Action Restoration during that project because they would have made my life a lot easier. The owner is not only excellent at doing the work he is instructed to do, but he is also a valuable consultant with lots of good advice, experience, and problem solving skills. He thinks ahead and he can be trusted.

When you phone Action Restoration, the owner answers the phone. You deal with him from the first phone call to the last handshake. You explain everything to him, and he will be at your house doing the work, and any changes that need to be made as the work progresses can be quickly dealt with on the spot because the boss is right there doing the work. I look for that kind of relationship when I hire contractors. I prefer that to the companies where you first deal with an estimator or manager who then delegates the work to one of his work crews who you never meet until they show up at your house to do the work, sometimes with an incomplete understanding of what needs to be done.

The best way to be successful in life is to surround yourself with good smart people, and then listen to them. We had some work done on our outside wall and inside our basement to repair a water leak.
