Action Restoration

Pat of Action Restoratin is a man of his word. He and his crew worked hard to do a great job. Pat is a perfectionist in his work and in supervising his crew. He found that one of our garage support poles (for overhead bedrooms) was rusted through below the old concrete slab. He advised a solution and I found a welder to fix it. The finished new garage slab is exactly what we were looking for. Very happy and STRONGLY recommend this company.

They tore out my double garage floor, fixed 4 foundation cracks, removed my old front interlock walkway, fix 2 garage pillars and poured a new garage floor and front walkway. All of this was done on budget and in the specified time frame. These guys are unbeatable. A big thanks to Patrick and his team for another perfectly executed job.

I had a crack in my foundation under my deck. Pat and his team had the best price and the quickest timeframe for completion.

They showed up on time and fixed the crack both inside and under the deck all the way down to the footing of the foundation. They encountered some issues while digging and they did what was needed to finish the job on time and on the agreed qoute price When the job was done they fully cleaned the work area back to original condition.

Pat and his team were very knowledgeable and conscientious when our job of underpinning turned into a new foundation wall. We had some unexpected surprises that arose but Pat and his team were up for the challenge and took action! This was a complex job and I was so grateful for Pat and his knowledge and experience along side with a structural engineer.. the building was in good hands. Pat and his team did an incredible job of replacing our very large retaining wall. This was a complex job to which they brought years of experience and professionalism. Not only did they fix the crumbling wall attached to our house, but thought of creative solutions to repairing it with new stone, tying it in to the rest of the house. We’ve already received so many compliments and love the work. Pat and his team bring really creative ideas and they have so much pride in their work. Thank you Patrick and crew for the excellent job you did replacing my parent’s garage floor. Patrick demonstrated experienced knowledge on how to deal with a sagging garage floor, and all the unexpected surprises that arose from something that seemed so simple to start with. Patrick showed respect and humour when being peppered with questions and input from my father, the retired engineer. The crew took care while installing the window wells, digging up my mother’s plants and carefully setting them aside until they could replant them. Patrick came to our help very quickly and did a great job fixing the leak in our foundation to limit damage in our basement. We were very lucky to have him! He was very good at explaining what needed to be done long term as well. We would highly recommend.

Patrick did a site visit where he described in clear language what he proposed to do, how and why. He then provided a detailed written estimate. Scheduling the job was easy. When it came time to do the job, Patrick and his crew were friendly, efficient and helpful and worked well around any special requirements that came up. The worksite was clean and tidy at all times and cleaned up completely upon completion.

Patrick and his crew are currently working on my house to repair a major settlement issue that we have with our house. These guys are working 6 days a week to prevent further damage to my basement.
