We first hired Doug last year when our drains blew because most of my neighbours on my street had hired him at one time or another and recommended him highly. He was totally honest and said we needed a drain company, set us up with a very good one, and didn't charge us for coming out. We called him up again this week with toilet flushing issues and again, he was totally reliable, came when he said he would, gave us a call about half an hour before he arrived, and fixed the problems. He didn't replace anything more than he really had to, and cleaned up so we didn't even know he'd been there. Would recommend him in a heartbeat.

We have little kids who tend to clog our new toilets but old plumbing and Doug has always been amazing at fixing us up and so quickly! He is friendly, knowledgeable and tidy even while doing dirty jobs. He is super responsive and I always know he'll be here when he says -that is something so many companies could learn from. We had a problem with the drain of the basement sink. I had tried plunging and snaking it to no avail and finally called Doug.

It turned out to be signifficant grease deposit that had built up over the years that was clogging it. Doug was very patient, thorough and got it unplugged. He cleaned the drain thoroughly with the snake and flushed the drain several times until he was happy with the flow.

He was thorough, professional, efficient and I will use and highly recommend him for drain services in the future.

We had a problem with our toilet. It kept clogging, and even though we only flushed once, the water would cycle through twice as if it was flushed again. Harding plumbing came very quickly, and fixed the issue plus gave us tips on how to avoid the issue in the future. They were very professional and knowledgeable.

Doug Harding has been our plumber for at least 10 years. In all that time, he has always been there when we needed him, whether for emergencies or pre-planned projects.
His work is excellent, his advice pertinent and frank. His standards are high and he never uses products that are less than the best for the project. Neither does he recommend products or service that are too expensive than the job needs.
As 2 people who are anything but DIY-ers, we need to rely on service people who have proved themselves trustworthy, reliable and excellent. Doug is all that.
