Andrew & Dave were on time, pleasant and fast in cleaning out our ducts which hadn't been done since we renovated 6 years ago. They also cleaned out our dryer vent as an extra which was greatly appreciated - especially since they found tons of trapped and wet lint - potential fire hazard. Atlas does all our heating and cooling so i was happy to bring them in for the duct cleaning too.
DId a great job patching up a hole in the side of my house where animals were digging - went above and beyond too filling in an open gap behind vents too. Helpful, nice and quick - would hire them back in an instant. Thanks!

We have little kids who tend to clog our new toilets but old plumbing and Doug has always been amazing at fixing us up and so quickly! He is friendly, knowledgeable and tidy even while doing dirty jobs. He is super responsive and I always know he'll be here when he says -that is something so many companies could learn from. From fixing toilets to taps and leaks in the mitchen sink, Doug has been our guy. Thanks Doug for all you've done to keep our house running well!
Steer clear. The guys are all nice and despite some issues along the way -which seem to happen with all renos -the work itself seemed fine except towards the end -seems common to so many contractors when they don't show up as often when the job is almost done...but now we have major leaks in various spots, mould, issues with the front porch-ugh. Totally non-responsive as far as fixing anything. Very sad when we spent so much money and had what we thought was a good working relationship along the way...alas. On to the next fix.
Hi Robin, after completing your project 7 years ago we are surprised you’ve written a review of this nature. As you know, the work was done as per your architectural drawings, passed all required inspections by the City officials and all the work per our contract was completed.
We’ve been back to your home several times and have always maintained that your leak issue is related to a lack of waterproofing and in no way related to the finishing work we completed in your basement. Furthermore, nowhere in our contract or drawings was waterproofing to be included.
We hope you would reconsider your overall score to reflect a more accurate picture of the quality of workmanship delivered on your project. An overall score of 2/10 we feel is unfair. As we remember it, you were thrilled with the new space when we finished the project.
Nonetheless, it’s disappointing your not satisfied with our service and we’ll have to look at our internal practices and see if we can make adjustments to avoid this in the future.
