It's very uncommon to find such a helpful, experienced, dedicated and friendly service provider but I have found one in Dave. He responded quickly, booked my appointment quickly, came on time, stayed as long as was needed and explained everything he was doing and gave me tips along the way for other issues in my home like the dryer vent. Professional, effective, hard working, honest/trustworthy, affordable, respectful... I can't say enough good things about him and his work. If you want the job done right, call Dave (Med Air), you really won't be disappointed.

The staff was very friendly on the phone and when they came in person. Very personable. They ended up giving us an outrageous price on the on demand tankless water heater. We will try them again when these heaters are not so new, hopefully price is reduced by then

I had Dave from Med Air come out to my home and clean the ducts this week. He called me back after my initial voicemail very promptly, booked an appointment that suited my availability, showed up ahead of time and did an incredible job .... for half the price of a national chain!

Stouffville Home & Comfort recently installed a new furnace and water heater for us. After inviting quotes from several companies, SH&C was the only company to provide us with a fully detailed, written quotation on the work to be performed. The work was completed on time, on budget, and at a very competitive price. We also found them to be exceptional in their product knowledge, From beginning to end, our experience with SH&C was that of dealing with a professional, competent and, above all, very customer service oriented company. A special thanks to Brian and his team in making the installation day completely painless to us. The purchase of a new system is only the first part of a business relationship, and this is a company we will contact with complete confidence for all of our future HVAC service needs.

We met Eddy and Brian at the Markham Home Show and instantly felt comfortable with both of them. They were both professional and knowledgeable but also possessed the ability to show that they care. They assessed our situation, expedited the installation of the furnace and new gas line and repaired the 2 extra gas leaks leaving us feel comfortable in our home once again. We almost didn't go to the home show that day but I can tell you that now I am very glad we did! I will continue to use them to service our system.

Installed a natural gas line for the BBQ, courteous, did a great job, cleaned up and performed the work as promised. Additionally, the work was suitable for an EnergyStar certified home.

Dave and Evan clean my ducts on Friday and they were excellent. They were professional and went over board to explain issues they saw beyond what was directly related to the duct cleaning; that will save me a lot of money down the road. One of my vents were not connected; likely from the time the house was built, which means that this contributed to sue a high monthly utility bill. Dave pointed these things to me and showed me how I could fix them myself. I just finished doing it and it only cost me my time and minimum supplies compared to having to pay someone to do it. Dave and Evan took around 3 hours to do the job and it was work every second of their time to me, JOB WELL DONE. Thanks Dave!!!

Earlier this month, after a furnace inspection it turned out that the heat exchanger was cracked and needed to be replaced. Of course this happens when the furnace is 13 years old, past the 10 year warranty on it. Thankfully it didn't happen in the middle of winter, but we still needed to use a portable heater to keep the house somewhat warm. Now the furnace was, I believe, a Comfortmaker brand, a high efficiency, but not a top of the line brand. Anyways the cost to replace the heat exchanger is significant, so I decided to replace the furnace with a newer, better quality name brand. After doing some research online on different brands and at different review sites(your head will spin after a while, there's something like 100 different brands of furnace and a/c makers, though many are made by the same companies) the points I came away with were, any of the major name brands are all built well nowadays and come with good warranties, but the most important thing is to find a good installer to insure a long and trouble free installation. After getting a few estimates we ended up with a local company, Stouffville Home & Comfort. Now the a/c we had was a Coleman brand. Though it still ran well, it was 23 or 24 years old. So I decided to replace the a/c as well and was able to take advantage of rebates of $650. The brand we went with was Amana. They seem to be a good brand with one of the better warranties. Brian and his crew from Stouffville Home & Comfort are real pros when it came to the installation. They did a top quality job inside and out, very neat and professional. After inspecting the job I can see the difference in the quality of the work they did. It all looks perfectly done and solid. I would recommend Brian and his team very highly to anyone who needs a new furnace or a/c. Also the units look very impressive, very solid looking. Can't wait to try out the a/c next summer. Have had the furnace going now for a couple of weeks, working great and very comfortable. Good luck to all in their hvac needs.

Dave did a great job. Price is competitive and reasonable. Arrived on time, assessed the awkward furnace space he had to work with and then trouble-shot his way to successfully cleaned ducts and drier. A MacGyver of duct cleaning! I learned a few things along the way as well. This is his own company and that pride and commitment is reflected in his work.

I had Dave and Evan provide whole home duct cleaning at my home today. They were running a little late and called me ahead of time to give me a heads up which was not a problem.

I just wanted to commend Dave & Evan on the stellar job they did in cleaning my ducts at home. They were at my house for over 2.5 hours cleaning the ducts, they were meticulous and really did "TOP NOTCH" work. They fully explained why they were doing what they were doing and why other companies don't do it the same way saving time and money. As well he indicated that the way i had had it done before MedAir came in could have resulted in damage to my new HVAC system which i was not aware of. He also gave me a couple of pointers how to balance the homes heating and cooling and a DIY solution that would help to equalize the cool basement with the rest of the house.

I'm very impressed and will be calling upon him the next time i need duct cleaning. I would not hesitate to recommend his work to anyone.
