Due to a failing 20 year old heater and twice-repaired air conditioner system, I was left in an HVAC bind for my home as the winter approached. Oliver Heating and Cooling was able to work with me within my schedule and also helped make things right when complications arose. They helped us get all the ducts cleaned, and supplied and retrofitted a new Daikin high-efficiency stage 2 furnace and Daikin 2 Ton AC unit (12 year warranty on parts and labour!) -- it feels as if it moves air faster, warmer, and all so much more quieter by comparison! The cleaning and install teams were professional, expertly knew exactly what they needed to do and took care of everything. They even took the time to explain things and share their experiences. Thank you to Elise and team for continuing to keep me and family safe and comfortably hot and cool! Highly recommended and if speed-dial was still a thing, it would be Oliver's Heating & Cooling!

In the attached photo see the top right window, I had what appeared to be a row of bricks sliding out. I wanted to address this early rather than later. Andrew was able to review my photos and explain what looked to be the result of seasonal freeze-thaw stresses being put on the smooth quoin (corner) block. Due to adhesion issues from those stresses, he identified that it would be prudent to scaffold-up to remove and reinstall block. Thank you for taking care of this so quickly, professionally, and efficiently!

We brought in Great Northern Insulation based on a recommendation by Sonoma Contracting Ltd. as part of a bigger basement renovation project. The guys were timely, professional, careful, attentive and respectful. They knew their stuff, ensured that all safety requirements are met, had full PPE and were clearly very experienced. Our basement went from bare to purple in a day. They took their time to ensure that the application was done correctly. Highly recommended, A+.

Mike and his team of miracle workers were able to turn our dusty basement into an amazing play area for the kids (and play area for the kids at heart aka. mom and dad). I'd highly recommend Mike (Sonoma Contracting Ltd) for his attentive approach, flexibility and ability to visualize the most optimal solution (re-routing HVAC to get more space for example). Be sure to ask Mike first for any potential pros/cons of "design ideas" that you may have in mind (i.e. glass tiles crack and are a pain to replace, some flooring choices will warp from the water in a mop, other flooring choices are surprisingly fragile, etc.) and Mike was also fantastic at coordinating the necessary permits and inspections. He's 100% above-board, knowledgeable, experienced, trustworthy and committed, so go ask Mike! I highly recommend Mike et al. for their attention to scheduling, quality, and detail. A++

Rolltec does great work! We've had our *custom* awning installed in June 2016, just in time for the harshest of the summer heat. Given our direction, the sun was simply too intense to be the deck. With our awning installed, the deck was once again a comfortable place to be! The crew was courteous, professional, efficient and surprisingly quick! One of my better back-yard investment. Rolltec is highly recommended!

ME Contracting took care of my entire project from concept, design, architectural drawings, city permit and to the final installation. They were professional, punctual and courteous the entire time. The project was a large deck, walking down to a stonework patio across a rather steep grade. This also included the removal of a deteriorating builders deck. The build time was quick and efficient. They were responsive, took care of cleaning and even helped me with a quick repair to the main gate that had become loose. Eitan (Design, Consultation), Shimon (PVC Deck), Sal (Stone Patio), Brenda (Coordination) and everyone else (sorry if I missed anyone!) we worked with at ME Contracting was great! I would certainly recommend ME Contracting going forward and certainly for Phases 2+, I know who I'll be reaching out to. Take the time to at least get ME Contracting out to look at your proposed project, you'll be pleasantly surprised at what they can do for you -- and how quickly. They're pros after all!

Installed a natural gas line for the BBQ, courteous, did a great job, cleaned up and performed the work as promised. Additionally, the work was suitable for an EnergyStar certified home.
