It's very uncommon to find such a helpful, experienced, dedicated and friendly service provider but I have found one in Dave. He responded quickly, booked my appointment quickly, came on time, stayed as long as was needed and explained everything he was doing and gave me tips along the way for other issues in my home like the dryer vent. Professional, effective, hard working, honest/trustworthy, affordable, respectful... I can't say enough good things about him and his work.
