Had a wasp nest by the front door and under the soffit by my sons bedroom. I tried every spray/foam/Trap to get rid of the pesky critters but to no avail. I wasn't too concerned as we seemed to be coexisting peacefully until i found a handful which had found their way into the house (my young sons bedroom). At that point i had no choice and hired pestend to do the work. They came on time, they were quick and i have not seen one wasp entering/exiting the hole, nor have i seen any in the house. Very satisfied with their service!

Just wanted to say thanks to the ClickLock team for a great Sale and Install, we love our new metal roof. We had great service throughout, from our sales rep Tony, to the install team of Danny, Ali & Andrew. The job took 3 days to complete and whatever little issues arose along the way were handled promptly and professionally. We just had some heavy rains over the last couple of days and have noticed that the sound seems to be about the same or potentially even quieter (although that might be due to the new skylights). In any event we have no concerns about noise and the roof looks great from the street. We would not hesitate to recommend ClickLock to anyone looking for a new metal roof. I had Dave and Evan provide whole home duct cleaning at my home today. They were running a little late and called me ahead of time to give me a heads up which was not a problem. I just wanted to commend Dave & Evan on the stellar job they did in cleaning my ducts at home. They were at my house for over 2.5 hours cleaning the ducts, they were meticulous and really did "TOP NOTCH" work. They fully explained why they were doing what they were doing and why other companies don't do it the same way saving time and money. As well he indicated that the way i had had it done before MedAir came in could have resulted in damage to my new HVAC system which i was not aware of. He also gave me a couple of pointers how to balance the homes heating and cooling and a DIY solution that would help to equalize the cool basement with the rest of the house. I'm very impressed and will be calling upon him the next time i need duct cleaning. I would not hesitate to recommend his work to anyone. Thanks Geoff

My AC stopped pumping out cold air when the condenser unit froze up due to low Freon gas. Max arrived on time and before anyone else (next day) was able to come due to busy schedules due to the busy time of year for the HVAC guys. With the heat waves we've been experiencing it was really appreciated to be up and running so soon after my call. It's been a few weeks since the job was done and so far the home is still perfectly cool. Max was very professional and courteous. I would not hesitate to have Max back again for future AC service.

The work on the backyard deck and side walkway is now complete and the final result looks good. I'm now looking forward to spending some quality time on the deck.

Have signed a contract over 7 weeks ago, and have not been able to get anyone to come and get the work started! The owner Greg has been unresponsive to our attempts to contact him directly. I have spoken to the secretary as well as the Client rep who signed up the contract and i am not getting any answers and i have no idea when the work will get done. I had torn down my deck over a month ago and now have a safety hazard in the my yard for over a month now. I'm very disappointed and am waiting to see what my options are to get this resolved. All i want are answers, all i'm getting is the runaround. I will update this review only once i have had some sort of resolution.
