We purchased our A/C last year from Stouffville Home & Comfort and require an annual service inspection to maintain our warrantee. Mitchell was prompt, knowledgeable and very friendly. Gave us some helpful hints on air circulation. Would recommend him.

We needed our HVAC system looked at because we were having some noise (furnace) and cooling (A/C) problems in our house.

Setting up the appointment was good (2 hour appointment window).

The service technician that came to do the work was on-time, courteous and friendly. He checked things over explained his work and what needed to be done.

As another occasions, Stouffville Home and Comfort performed the prescribed work competently, at a fair price and they were pleasant to deal with. I might wish SHC were a bit more prompt/diligent in returning phone calls (which is why I did not award top marks) but I was satisfied overall.

They installed a humidifier in my house and since then I have contacted them again to install one in my parents house, as well as install a gas line to my BBQ. I had Mitch from Stouffville Home & Comfort come over for an assessment, he spent several hours doing a sizing analysis and giving me all of my options with no pressure sales tactics. I decided on a EL296 furnace, a XC14 AC, the iComfort Thermostat and the cased AC coil. The next week they had their installation folks come in and install the complete system. They were very good, clean and efficient in their installation and they also wired up my pre-existing Tru-Steam humidifier. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for top notch service and products.

All new modern furnace, tank-less water heater, air-conditioner, assorted plastic piping, wiring, thermostat capable of wifi if desired where installed sensibly, politely, neatly under older house cluttered conditions from outside to inside, removing all old water heater, furnace, closing old furnace pipe, moving elect connects, etc. in a long 08:30 - 21:30 efficient crew with time to answer questions as asked. Prior to, during, after installation any additional questions, phone calls etc. where answered promptly and helpfully. Adequate operating instructions where explained and adequate paper-work on equipment left on-site at furnace.

When our furnace stopped functioning we called and got a hold of Mitch. Even though they were at the Markham Home Show he made his way over within a couple of hours. After some trouble-shooting he gave us an estimate to fix the furnace and we decided to put the money towards a new one since ours was about 17 years old. Mitch returned later that day with heaters to keep us warm overnight. The furnace was installed the next day and we are happy with the furnace we chose. We have purchased a tankless water heater and new air conditioner from this company as well and the service and solutions have been great.

We needed out ducts cleaned and Dave was referred to me. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave us plenty of advice and explained everything he was doing. We actually called him about our AC in the summer and he referred us to In Home Heating and AC who fixed our AC unit. Great service, great attitude and friendly....Dave is now my "guy" in the business. Thanks Dave.
