When our furnace stopped functioning we called and got a hold of Mitch. Even though they were at the Markham Home Show he made his way over within a couple of hours. After some trouble-shooting he gave us an estimate to fix the furnace and we decided to put the money towards a new one since ours was about 17 years old. Mitch returned later that day with heaters to keep us warm overnight. The furnace was installed the next day and we are happy with the furnace we chose. We have purchased a tankless water heater and new air conditioner from this company as well and the service and solutions have been great.

I called Brian since my A/C did not work when I turned it on this year. He showed up promptly for a service call and recommended a replacement. Seeing that this was the second year in a row this problem occured and the unit was a 14 year old builder's install we went ahead with the work. The replacement was quick and clean and we are glad we decided to go with SH&C.
