Came home to a furnace problem , called Climate Air and had a new Lennox Elite furnace installed two days later. They did a great job, laid down mats on the floor everywhere they walked, and set up and explained the new furnace and thermostat. Great price, great service. I had lots of choice of different furnace choices and different financing options. I would highly recommend them.

A friend suggested we have a humidifier installed because our hardwood floors were starting to gape (up to about 4 mm) in our 2 years new house.
These guys arrived and rolled out rugs to keep my floors clean and worked quickly to install our new system. I'm happy to report that it stopped the floors from further gaping and actually closed up the gaps! The humidifier and services were reasonably priced and I'm thrilled that I don't have to redo 1500 square ft of hardwood.

We recommended Stouffville Home and Comfort to our neighbours for a new furnace and they were pleased as well. I will definitely call them when it's time to replace our furnace too.

We called 3 companies when our furnace broke. SHC charged us $230 service call/diagnostics then additional $620parts + installation - for something that wasn't the problem at all. I posted a negative review here and fortunately received calls from both owner and VP. They seemed sincere and apologetic about our bad experience and refunded our money. I appreciated the personal calls and the genuine concern over the quality of the service we received. It's helped alleviate most of the sting but we probably will not use or recommend this company again.

I was referred to this company through a friend. They put together a deal I was happy with for the A/C and humidifier system, and then arrived as scheduled to do the install. They are very courteous and friendly, and their work is beyond professional. I have already put them on to 2 family members, and will undoubtedly use them again in the future. A++++

During installation the installers lowered the air ducts significantly
and they broke a light fixture, no issue to fix, but a "heads up" on the lowered ducts and the light fixture would have been nice.

For the most part sales and installers were courteous and explained the process and care of the furnace, ac and HWT - I'm happy with the job.

Very happy with Brian and his crew. Would not hesitate to recommend him and his company... They did little extras for us, and Brian's expertise in hvac design helped us for our upcoming basement Reno.

Quality of install was lacking... had to ask for spray foam to be added to seal exterior wall to seal intake/exhaust pipes. They use ridged flex tube for ducting instead of smooth galvanized steel ducts. Humidifier stopped working, they charged $100 for a service call, said it was under manufacturers warranty... never fixed it or ever heard from them again, called on multiple occasions but never returned my calls.
Update: Jan 2015: company subsequently replaced humidifier at no charge and apologized for not returning call.
Jan 2016: Another call was also returned promptly and technician showed up on time and did a good job troubleshooting problem and explaining issue.

Installed a new AC unit and humidifier. The guys from Stouffville Home and Comfort came in and did a tremendous job. Completed the job in a timely manner. Everything is working perfectly.

Furnace was nothing but grief after 13 years of on and off function. Brian's wife and mine had a business relationship therefore I brought in Stouffville Home and Comfort for a quote. their work was very good we have had issues with the furnace not behaving as well as one would expect. Exhaust pipe is not allowing the gas to expel as per standards so we have had them back on 4-5 occasions. the last visit by Mitchell proved that they have the right man for our servicing. Great inter personal skills and the furnace is up and running. Now if we could just have faith in the exhaust pipe not giving us grief.
