The hot weather took us by surprise (not that we're complaining) so we needed an AC in our new house quickly. After reading the reviews on homestars I gave them a call. The AC was installed within a few days and everything is working great. I will also be purchasing a fireplace from them in the Fall. Trust the reviews on homestars, this is a good company.

The team from Comfort Masters were really great. Jarred was honest, professional, and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Dimitri and Brian did the work well and were very efficient and professional. Jarred was amazing with the follow up.

I am extremely happy with the follow-up warranty service I received from this company. I had a problem with my furnace, and to my surprise they came the same day. It turned out to the a controller board, the service person went immediately to pick up the part from the manufacturer and came back to complete the repair the same day (for free under warranty). I was really amazed because I was not used to that with the previous service company.

Met Comfort Masters at the National Home Show, but was already referred to them by a neighbour. They turned out to be just as good as promised. Dave was very informative when explaining the differences between the various levels of equipment and I opted for all Lennox products. I'm told the price I got was quite good, but I was looking more for a company I could rely on, rather than saving a few dollars from the smaller company down the street. I have already recommended them.

I had requested information and pricing from 4 different companies but landed on Comfort Masters because I felt comfortable with the info/recommendations they provided along with the price for the unit. Everything from the quote to the follow-up after install happened quickly and professionally, as well both Brian and the install team took the time to answer my questions and educate me on central air/heat because I am a 1st home buyer. I do recommend Comfort Masters and will use them again myself.

We were introduced to Comfort Masters at the Home and Garden Show on March 16, 2015. We met salesman, Jarred Doucette, who gave us a very comprehensive understanding of the advantages and energy savings with the high efficiency furnaces and air conditioners. We were impressed with his friendly ways and his patience in answering our questions. We made arrangements for him to come to the house and confirmed that we could be equipped with outside venting for the new equipment. The installers were efficient and friendly and answered any questions I had about the installation. Jarred came later and assisted them. The day after the installation we were trying to figure out how to program the thermostat when Jarred arrived just to check that everything was okay. He helped us with programming the thermostat and was a great help through the entire process. My wife and I are happy to recommend Comfort Masters.

Thank you Jarred at comfort masters. He helped us get the best air conditioner for our needs and did not endlessly 'sales pitch'. And that to a great price and it we had a text book experience. Their cost was $1400 lower than our other estimates. They used their own installers who brought special mats to protect my floors and left no mess anywhere! They installed our air conditioner in one morning and even helped us learn our new "smart Thermostat".

We first have met with Comfort Masters team at Home & Comfort Show in February 2015 and were pleased with their professionalism complemented with great sense of humor! Perfect timing for us as our 18-year old furnace has died two weeks later. Team of Masters responded very quickly and just in a day of cold new powerful furnace was installed in our home and warm came back. Much appreciated to the whole crew who did the installation and to Dave who supported us with all preliminary work and information needed. We will definitely recommend Comfort Masters as an excellent and valued contractor.
