Product is suppose to be the best but some technician are not properly trained. Have to call them to fix; they installed the water line in an incline (rising up) instead of a decline.
Additionally, the water hose was not long enough to drip properly; thus, water leakage is not a conduit to one place but leaking through the covers.
Its a MESS - called them to see if they can drop by to fix. Awaiting for their response.

The Comfort Masters team was terrific...professional, personable, hard-working and thorough. Dave, the sales rep did a great job of thoroughly explaining what work was going to be done, the equipment getting installed and breakdown in cost. The techs Adam and Jory (I think is his name) did a great job at executing exactly what was discussed. One of the worries I had was that holes would need to be cut through the ceiling of our finished basement for the venting but the guys did an excellent job of avoiding that. After the job was finished they explained what was done and how to work the s30 thermostat. The work took most of the day but I didn't mind since the install was done right. Overall satisfied and would recommend their service.

Called for gas fireplace maintenance service. Company provided appointment for the next day. Mitchell, the technician, was very nice and definitely seemed to know what he was doing. I will recommend Comfort Masters.

From sales (Blair) to install....very professional! Blair very incredibly patient and informative. The installers were at our home for 2 days as it was a big job. They didn't rush and took pride in their work. We had one hiccup but Brian (the owner) contacted us and had someone at our house within hours. The customer service is outstanding!!! Will recommend this company to others without hesitation. Fantastic job...thank you!

Comfort Masters is great. We have used them for years and their service is always consistent. Very friendly and professional. They have installed a new furnace and a new air conditioner in our home in the last 4 yrs and they maintain both. Very reliable and knowledgeable. I wouldn't use any other company. Our furnace broke down on new yrs day..Brian the owner came right away and had us looked after in no time. Comfort Masters did all the applications for the rebates for us for both the furnace and air conditioner. Dealing with them is always a pleasure.

I hired Comfort Masters to do an annual maintenance on my 2 gas fireplaces and everything went well. Mitch was right on time, and did a great job on both. The appearance is much better and he even recommended a few things I can do to further enhance the look and functionality. Would definitely recommend them!

Had assessment done and problem identified right the way but had to follow up multiple times to get the repair cost and schedule appointment for repair. The technicians were late but were professional once they arrived. Didn't remove everything they said they would due to lack of proper tools. But at least the water leakage was fixed.

Called for my gas stove hookup. Mitchell arrived right on time and was very informative. He went over all the safety features and was thorough in his job. He left no mess and was very professional. I would recommend Comfort Masters if you're looking to have your gas stove installed.

Called in Comfort Masters in to service my gas fireplace. They are prompt, friendly and get the job done in a very timely fashion.
They also supplied and installed our A/C and furnace. Very happy.
