From start to finish, comfort masters was there to answer all of my questions and made me feel comfortable with what I consider to be a large purchase. They stand behind their work and made sure I was completely satisfied before the job was done. Trust me on this review, if you use this company you will be glad you did.

After my most recent furnace service (from another company) I was told that the furnace was close to the end of its life because the CO levels were too high. Rather than purchasing from that company on the spot, I reached out to a couple more heating and cooling companies to receive quotes. I was very impressed with Comfort Masters' professionalism and the price they gave me was very fair. They were able to install my new furnace within 2 days and everything went smoothly. I will replace the company I currently use for service and maintenance with Comfort Masters going forward.

It's always nice dealing with a company that has a strong track record and the service and expertise to match. My AC wasn't cooling my house any more and their tech explained that there was strong chance that a costly repair might not last for more than a year. I ended up getting a new Lennox unit, which I've learned is one of the best brands out there, that made a world of difference instantly. Service guy showed up on time, was very friendly, and serviced our furnace quickly. We have been using Comfort Masters for a couple of years now and will continue doing so.

From speaking to them about our challenges with our furnace and ac unit at the home show, initial home visit to installation all of the Comfort Masters' employees were incredibly professional, courteous and kind. I recommend them highly!!!

We have an addition that only had some ancient baseboard heaters that were costing us a mint in hydro bills. Being built on a slab, it was going to be some work to get forced in there. Only Brian was able to conclude that a mini-split was the way to go.
That and the Lennox furnace is amazing, how fast and quietly it heat the house.
The small army that showed up at the house on install day were all pleasant people and the mess wasn't too terrible given the scope of the work I requested (everything was done exactly as requested), such as moving some overhead ductwork in the basement to improve headspace in a hallway.
Had some issues with the humidifier (which I'm still not that confident really works properly, more a Lennox issue I think) and follow up maintenance was great with Mitch showing up and solving issues fast.
This was a big expense and it went down pretty well I would say. Price and solution were what won me over. I have no trouble keeping my business with Brian's team for future maintenance and upgrades.
As an aside, if you are doubting whether it is worth it to get a tankless water heater, it really is wonderful to have unending hot water on demand.

My wife and I are impressed with the sales reps understanding of the product, house hold requirements and pricing. The install team was friendly, communicated what they are going to do and answered all questions fully in a polite and friendly manner. My wife was extremely impressed by the cleanliness of the work area and how well they cleaned up after the install. Great people and great company I highly recommend Comfort Masters.

At first, they were responsive on the initial service call. Representative identified the issue with my A/C. Even though we had some challenges arranging the follow up service call to replace the parts, the team at Comfort Masters pulled it together in a quick fashion to get my A/C up and running with IMPROVED performance! We'll be ready when the heat returns next year!
