I called them as my old AC unit failed and they were out the next day. It made more sense to get a new unit and their price was good and service was great.

Despite a few delays that resulted in it happening a couple of weeks later than originally planned, we were quite satisfied with the installation of a Mitsubishi Mr. Slim ductless air conditioner.

We received a recommendation from a family member for Comfort Masters and gave them a call. Dave came out, went over everything with us and advised what to expect for the conversion process, gas service to the house etc. We then picked out suitable Lennox products and Dave explained the various options. Once the service was to the house, arrangements were made for the installation. (June 13/16) Jory and his crew showed up early and completed the complete installation the same day. The follow-up service for some expected minor issues were looked after right away. We are more than happy with the products, the installation and the service thus far from the staff at Comfort Masters and look forward to the Lad's performing the annual service.

Our AC Unit was installed in spring 2015. One year later we have had ongoing issues with the unit for about 3 weeks.

Despite some frustrations in getting the unit repaired, with multiple visits from Comfortmasters' techs, they stayed committed to fixing the unit and have eventually got Lennox to commit to replacing the entire unit.

I wish this could have been sorted out sooner but credit where it is due - the Comfortmasters team stayed true to their word.

I did some ceiling work for Bryans home. After he told me he was in the air and heating business I decided to return the favour by giving him some work at my house. From start to finish very professional with great pricing. Would definitely recommend! !!!!

We needed an A/C unit for our newly built home. Comfort Masters came and did a quote for us and gave us a great deal on a unit (we had shopped around a bit!) they could have put it in the very next day if we had wanted it but due to our schedules, we scheduled it for the following week. The installers showed up in the morning, on-time. They were friendly and polite. When everything was done they cleaned up after themselves and showed me everything they had done and even how to set the temp on our thermostat. I was very pleased with the service from start to finish!

We are extremely pleased with the service we received from Comfort Masters. Everyone we dealt with was extremely professional and knowledgeable. The turnaround time from quote to install was impeccable. The installers were very courteous, explained the process to us and worked very efficiently. They were very tidy ensuring no mess was left. They did a superb job with the system and we were up and running just in time for the heat wave. We would definitely recommend this company and its great employees to others. Big thanks to Bryan, Jason and Dave!

Product is suppose to be the best but some technician are not properly trained. Have to call them to fix; they installed the water line in an incline (rising up) instead of a decline.
Additionally, the water hose was not long enough to drip properly; thus, water leakage is not a conduit to one place but leaking through the covers.
Its a MESS - called them to see if they can drop by to fix. Awaiting for their response.

The Comfort Masters team was terrific...professional, personable, hard-working and thorough. Blair prepared a detailed assessment of our equipment needs and provided outstanding sales and post-installation service. Neil did a great job cleaning our ducts. Adam, Jory and Dan worked extremely hard to complete the installation on time and were a pleasure to have in our home. Mitchell's ongoing service and technical advice is highly valued.
I've already referred Comfort Masters to friends and neighbours and look forward to having them provide outstanding service going forward.

Dave, the sales rep did a great job of thoroughly explaining what work was going to be done, the equipment getting installed and breakdown in cost. The techs Adam and Jory (I think is his name) did a great job at executing exactly what was discussed. One of the worries I had was that holes would need to be cut through the ceiling of our finished basement for the venting but the guys did an excellent job of avoiding that. After the job was finished they explained what was done and how to work the s30 thermostat. The work took most of the day but I didn't mind since the install was done right. Overall satisfied and would recommend their service.
