Product is suppose to be the best but some technician are not properly trained. Have to call them to fix; they installed the water line in an incline (rising up) instead of a decline. Additionally, the water hose was not long enough to drip properly; thus, water leakage is not a conduit to one place but leaking through the covers. Its a MESS - called them to see if they can drop by to fix. Awaiting for their response. Will keep you posted
