Was red tagged and forced to buy a furnace in 2017. Nothing but problems with the furnace had a frozen pipe burst because of it got told over and over its a high efficiency , had problem after problem with it and it was new ... now 2022 I got a new Trane installed and a much bigger one 60 000 btu. I would never go with reliance ever again what a shameful company.. 10 years parts and layout warranty from reliance but I don't want to see then 3 times a year ...never again MacKenzie just an awful company

Mazair was the technician from Reliance Mackenzie who performed the tune-up service for my a/c and furnace. His service was professional and courteous, coupled with a noticeable level of sincerity in offering recommendations on good maintenance tips. I would recommend Mazair for furnace and a/c technical needs.

Called them because their competitor told me it would be at my risk for trying to replace either gas valve or control board.....Dennis spent the time to diagnose the issue including even calling engineering support out of Texas...just the best expertise i could imagine so far. Price is also much more reasonable than their competitor here in Regina...they didn't even charge me the cost of diagnose the problem - thats what you call good customer acquisition/service. I will be a returning client if all goes well.

Right from the salesperson Clint, to the two installers and the electrician, I found the experience to be professional and thorough. All of the staff gave excellent explanations and instructions and I liked the options and how they were explained.

I was very happy with the way my air conditioner was fixed. He was precise and to the point and finished it in one day! I highly recommend reliance for all my heater and air conditioner needs.
