I had Stefan come out after hours and take a look at my water heater which had left water on the floor. He determined it was the pressure valve doing its job and provided a solution. He also was a great representative for the company and provided my wife and I additional advice with regraded to the cost/benefit of adding a water softener to our system, analyzed our gas line to determine if a tankless water heater was an option for us and tested the water in our kitchen. We will be calling for Stefon to come out again and provide us with all our services with Reliance, he impressed us this much.

Justin led the team installing a steam humidifier. The job required extra workarounds and troubleshooting to incorporate into our existing furnace. The end result was a very clean install. Justin followed up to offer to help with any additional questions and was able to quickly help when we had follow up questions about operating the unit. Very happy with the customer service and professionalism.

Furnace Tech Josh came out and found noise in furnace immediately. Remedy problem very professionally and quickly. Well done. Note he found the problem and solution while others could not. Thank You.

I had Reliance install a Reznor natural gas heater in my garage. The technicians arrived on time and were professional courteous, and clearly experienced and skilled, as the installation required the electrical and gas line to be run through a finished basement, up into a finished garage. Given the scope of the work, I feel that the quoted price was more than fair. The lead technician took the time to explain the product and it’s maintenance requirements to me.

Was having some trouble with our furnace not starting in this terribly cold weather. Was able to get it started and Reliance offered to come check it anyway. Even though there were no issues, they did a great job and checked to make sure everything was good! Very happy with the service I received today!! I unfortunately forgot their names but they were awesome!

I called MacKenzie Plumbing & Heating when I noticed my water heater was leaking. They came to look at it and replaced it. It was replaced free of charge as I rent my water heater from MacKenzie. I was expecting to have to pay because at my other house when my rented water heater developed a leak, I was charged an installation fee and permit fee. I was very appreciative that the replacement was done free of charge. The technician called me to let me know he was on his way to my house and what time he would arrive. Mohamed arrived exactly when he said he would. He drained the old one, installed the new one in about 1.5 hours. Mohamed was very friendly and professional. After the install was complete he explained the settings and how to adjust the temperature. I would highly recommend MacKenzie Plumbing & Heating as I have always received excellent service.

Dennis came out to do the annual maintenance on my heating and cooling systems. Super knowledgable and very friendly. Showed me some tips and tricks I didn’t know about my system. I never have to give my furnace or air conditioner a second thought. Real piece of mind since getting my rental furnace and putting a maintenance contract on my air conditioner. Best decision ever.
