Was red tagged and forced to buy a furnace in 2017. Nothing but problems with the furnace had a frozen pipe burst because of it got told over and over its a high efficiency , had problem after problem with it and it was new ... now 2022 I got a new Trane installed and a much bigger one 60 000 btu. I would never go with reliance ever again what a shameful company.. 10 years parts and layout warranty from reliance but I don't want to see then 3 times a year ...never again MacKenzie just an awful company
